Not only did I decide to continue on with my care at Camp Hill Chiropractic, but I also decided to bring in my family as well. I did a lot of research that spring on the benefits of chiropractic and everything I read pushed me in the direction that it was necessary for the health of my family. I began to look at it as an approach to wellness as opposed to only treatment for pain. My kids have shown huge improvements in their health since they've started seeing Dr. Jeff. My son, especially, who was constantly sick and suffered from illness & exercise induced asthma has had his healthiest winter to date and hasn't needed his inhalers. Dr. Jeff cares about his patients. He is always reaching out if someone in the family is sick, giving sound advice and asking if there's anything he can do. Everything starts with your spine, and he makes that very clear. After a car accident, I suffered from terrible whiplash and went through two years of physical therapy without improvement. I couldn't even look down at my phone without pain. While I was visiting here from abroad, I decided to return to Dr. Jeff, since he had been my chiropractor before I left the country. He told me it would take at least three months of treatment, I did exactly that and then returned back to the Middle East (military family). After the initial consultation,…read moreI returned to the office to review my options and see what the recommend treatment plan was. The total cost was $7200.00 for treatment (out of pocket insurance does not cover any cost) and I had to decide on the spot, that day if I wanted the services or not. When asked if I could have time to think about it first, I was told no. I was promised that 6 months of therapy was like 7 years of psychiatric therapy. Out of desperation I elected to take the therapy offered. Over the next 3 months of weekly appointments, I was given over 25 different supplements; some I only took for two or three weeks. I laid on a table and had different little bottles placed on my chest. After 10 minutes, I was given a list of what supplements to take and then put on a machine that swayed me from side to side. Only four actual appointments addressed the different traumas I had experienced throughout my life, and I was asked to put my hands in weird positions, then asked to embrace the moment of trauma, not how to release it, feel better, stop obsessing over it or strategies to decrease my depression/PTSD. I put my trust in the doctor, and it was an absolute failure. I called the office and told them I was not coming in anymore, expressed my reasons why and was refunded $1900. I do not recommend this practice. It was a waste of time and money.
