Everything starts with your spine, and he makes that very clear. After a car accident, I suffered from terrible whiplash and went through two years of physical therapy without improvement. I couldn't even look down at my phone without pain. While I was visiting here from abroad, I decided to return to Dr. Jeff, since he had been my chiropractor before I left the country.
