It is difficult to describe the positive experience you get when you walk into Hershey Family Chiropractic. There is so much that goes into the experience! You are so well taken care of. They make sure to check/help you in depth. The staff cares! They're always smiling and making you feel comfortable. It's literally like walking into a business that you have been going to since you were little, even though it is your first visit. Dr. Jen has helped me go from constant lower back issues to feeling like new. I would have periods where I could barely walk from the constant inflammation and now I rarely have an episode, much less one that leaves me immobile. The care is not aggressive or painful. It is just right. Let's not forget how awesome they are with my daughter! My daughter (5 yrs old) hops straight onto the table, happy to be adjusted. They have helped her overcome her constipation. They will also shower her with hugs and love, making her feel more comfortable. They also help "distract" her so that I can receive care myself (thanks guys, seriously!). I'm thankful for Hershey Family Chiropractic. They helped get me back to being mobile and a capable mom. read more

As someone who was originally trained in physical therapy to believe chiropractors were bad and only cracked your spine and then you needed it for life, I must say Dr. Jen and her team changed my opinion of chiropractors completely! Not all chiropractors are the same! You need one who takes x-rays to see what's really going on, but don't worry with Hershey Family Chiropractic that will only cost you $30.00 and then they will donate that money to a good cause! You also need a chiropractor who also provides exercises to maintain the adjustments you are receiving so you don't have to rely on adjustments to feel good for life. You will receive this level of care with Hershey Family Chiropractic! I was a dancer for 20 years and always had some kind of back pain and for the first time in 20 years, I have NO back pain! If you have any back pain, hip pain, neck pain, or headaches, I highly recommend you at least visit Hershey Family Chiropractic to see if they can help you! I'm so glad my husband and I did! We went from feeling like 90 year olds to the 20 and 30 somethings we are! Thank you Hershey Family Chiropractic! read more

I pulled my neck muscle stepping out of the car. Last place I wanted to be was at a chiropractor but alas, that is where I ended up. I called up Hershey Family Chiropractor after a recommendation and was quickly set up with a consult. I met with my chiropractor Dr. Ash(ley) and got x-rays of my neck and spine. She recommended an 8 visit treatment. Then once a month for preventative care. Didn't know my neck and back could crack in so many different places! Staff is wonderful and Dr. Ash and Dr. Jen are great! Don't wait, let's get crackin'!! read more

I started seeing Dr. Jen in the beginning of my second pregnancy. I literally wouldn't have survived if it weren't for her. Based on my before and after X-rays, not only can I feel drastic change in my posture, but I can see it too. Dr. Jen and her staff are so friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job making their patients feel safe throughout this pandemic as well. I recommend them any chance I get. Dr. Jen has been nothing but thorough, compassionate, and patient. I have been going to HFC for some time but recently I was having terrible shoulder pain along with my lower back pain. I walked in not being able to get my arm above my head and walked out with minimal pain and being able to raise my arm in positions that I couldn't do in over 3 months. The entire staff are by far, the most professional team I've encountered in my life. I would highly recommend you try them out!
