Always a friendly staff. Good specialty drinks. What you see is what you get. If not tell them and they will make it right!

As far as Sheetz locations go, this is a pretty standard location. It's conveniently located off of Route 641 and features all the standard items Sheetz is known for (MTOs, great coffee, soda cave, etc). I ordered an iced coffee here not that long ago, but it was significantly more ice than coffee. When I reached out to Sheetz about it, they offered me free coffee and asked which location had done this so they could correct the mistake so it wouldn't happen again. I'm happy to say every coffee I've had from this location has been perfect ever since! Great location, friendly staff, highly recommended! read more

Sheetz - Sheetz, conveniently located on Trindle Road (Route 641) right near the Target and Kohls plaza in Carlisle! - Gas Stations Near Me - Carlisle, Pennsylvania

What's not to love? They have affordable gas, an extensive menu and sparkling bathrooms. There was a sign declaring the commitment of the Chairman of Sheetz, Steve Sheetz (who knew it was a name?) to the cleanliness of every Sheetz bathroom. Well, feel free to tell Steve that all is well in Carlisle!! It was very clean and so cold that nothing would likely live in the space that could upset the refreshing smell of the deodorizer and commercial fragrance/cleansing agent they use. To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised by the sincere greeting I received from one of the staff members. It almost sounded like he was singing his "Hello, how are you?" P. S. There's even free wifi!! In a nutshell: Whether you're passing through town and putting down stakes, this is the station of choice! read more

Good sandwich selection, super clean and nice-smelling bathrooms, and excellent music selection. Our New Orleans buddies Revivalists were playing on the radio when we walked in! Awesome NOLA moment in suburban Pennsylvania! Nice going, Sheetz! read more

Ok, not to be ridiculously picky, but.... Wanted to order the pumpkin pie shake, couldn't find it on the pre-order system so we went to ask at the cashier. Her advice was that it's on the machine you can go back and order it. If I couldn't find it the first time what magical event was going to occur the second time I go there? A manager told her she could ring it up on the cash register, the cashier couldn't find it. The manager looked for half a second and couldn't find it either. The end result? Nothing! Except they lost a sale on a pumpkin pie milk shake. Not good customer service on their part and if there are store incentives for that product they might want to fix that issue. read more

One of the most extraordinary pit stops there is anywhere. You could not want for more variety in snacks of every kind. Great for noshing on the run! read more

Had never even heard of this but best gas station/fast food destination! They have such a wide variety of food and it is all made to order not some Luke warm fries or meats. I usually don't trust guacamole from fast food places either but even that was great! Definitely recommend to travelers! read more

As far as food and customer service goes it can really be polarizing depending on who's working. My most recent experience left me with a rude cashier, lazy workers who were busy joking around and made me wait, and food that was not only cold and poorly put together, parts of it were wrong all together. Moreover ordering online although meant to be convenient can be a real hassle as the prices may not always match and my order ended up costing over 10% more than what I expected. There are times when the food is prepared well and the service is stellar, but that has been my experience less than half the times I have visited. read more

Just stopped at sheetz today and in the men's room a sheetz employee came out of the stall and left without washing hands. So gross.

Out of all the Sheetz I have visited the service and food here beats the rest. The team always seems to be on top of it, very clean store and coffee freshly made, if not within the hour. I am never disappointed here. read more

Just waited 10 min in line to pay for gas before deciding to go elsewhere. Happened to not have my debit card with me. Only one register open with someone who was definitely moving at an extremely slow pace. Everyone in front of me seem to need cigarettes which took an eternity for her to retrieve. Commonsense dictates that you would have more than one register open during a busier time. The rest of the staff seem to be doing cleanup projects and emptying the trash outside. While I obviously see the need for cleaning I would think someone would have the sense to understand that no one is going to wait 10 or 15 minutes just to pay for something. I was really frustrated and wouldn't go here again. I was especially annoyed because I mentioned to the girl emptying the trash that there was a huge line inside it wasn't moving. She didn't seem to think that maybe she should go inside and help. Not a lot of options in this town for getting gas but I will make a point of avoiding this place in the future. read more
