After being told the rx was not filled and I have been out for 7 days and that they didn't get the request on their app, my confirmation shows it needed to get approval from the doctor. I am told I need to call my doctor to request refills. I have worked in pharmacies, the pharmacy calls, doctor offices tell you to refill via your pharmacy. Over it, have been without meds multiple times due to this.

The service here is fantastic. The staff take care and interest in my wellbeing. They fill my prescriptions quickly and send me a text when its ready. I couldn't be happier with my experience here.
