Since Bullhead is a small city there aren't really any souvenir shops around, but we stumbled upon CVS which apparently has the most Bullhead City & Laughlin souvenirs in town (according to the locals). They have magnets, keychains, shirts, hats, shot glasses, bags, etc. The staff here are super helpful and friendly. *Pro tip: This plaza is on higher ground and the parking lot has a gorgeous view of the desert hills, making it a great picture spot!! read more

All of the male employees are sexist pigs and talk to women like they are dirt on their shoe. Also they frequently make significant pricing mistakes and I've had to call my insurance more than once to get their errors corrected. Super rude and not especially competent. The fact that I go in there with my fiancé and automatically already feel a negative vibe. We went to CVS to go get beverages and while looking for a drink in the cooler aisle, i spot 12-15 feet to my right a CVS worker eye balling my fiancé and I. As we walk towards the check out from the cooler aisle, a worker walks by us and I seen her track us with her eyes. Then we proceed to go check out at the self checkout, and we are told that we are being watched and that we are being accused by 2 workers of shop lifting. Called today to try and get a new prescription filled and become a new customer. They apparently didn't have live humans inside as it was impossible to reach anyone. They wanted information for current prescriptions that I did not have. After trying numerous times, the pharmacy was a recorded message that said they would get back to you in an hour. This was not possible for me. The last comment the recording said was basically it was my fault and I should recall later. FUCK this place! I got pink eye on a business trip to California and went to a walk in urgent care to get medicine, I said my pharmacy was CVS. They didn't have it and I was told it was going to take a few days that they were going to get it. It's now going on in 3 weeks, I called the pharmacy after 2 times of getting texts that my medicine was in and being told it's not in then when I called again to see if my medicine was in, they finally said they weren't able to get it in and was supper rude, then said they couldn't help me and then hung up on me. read more

I went to CVS Bullhead City Az Nov 9 to pick up UPS package. CVS is access point contractor for UPS. Nick who claimed to be the manager told me the package was not there. I showed him UPS notification to pick up the package, He told me the notification was incorrect and the driver did not drop it off. I identified the package. He brought the package to the counter and refused to give it to me. His associate told me he did not know he did not know how to use the scanner, he told me the scanner was broken. I had to argue to get my package, This guy is arrogant and rude. This is poor service. for not only CVS store it is UPS mismanagement of their access point. I felt like a Criminal walking around this store. Many of the cosmetic brands were behind locked cases which makes it really inconvenient. Their prices are higher than other CVS locations and the items are priced differently than what actually scans. My husband took a picture of the price on his hair stuff because it rang up as a higher amount and the cashier had to adjust the price. Save yourself the hastle and go somewhere else. read more

Had a prescription to be filled for a 90 day supply ordered two weeks ago and still didn't receive it. Was given a lesser amount necessitating paying $150 for first prescription then will have to pay another $150 for remainder. They make more money that way. Never go there. I use to use, as of yesterday, CVS in Target they send emails every time the want to sell me a prescription. But not to let me or other customers know the are now closed on Saturday. I went to get a refil of a medication costing $900 per month. Asked me almost an hour to drive from my home. My experience here was honestly amazing!!! Very helpful staff. Cashier Andrew had a bit of a hard time with a customer and I was very impressed on how he handled the situation. Pretty standard CVS, they sell everything from tissues, body wash, sunblock, candy, magazines, cosmetics, plates, to a pretty decent stock of liquors, beers, and cigarettes. The lady at the front counter was very nice and pleasant :) A good stopping point if you wanted to stock your room up with some beers before you go back to the Laughlin hotels. read more

The pharmacy tech treated me like a drug addict when I asked to buy medically necessary syringes. She grilled me pretty heavily and judgementally about how I would use them. If you don't want to sell them, fine, I can go somewhere where they appreciate my business and don't automatically assume I am a criminal. The only reason they are getting any stars is because Colleen, who rang up my order was really kind amd friendly. I use to hate this place because they never seemed to have prescriptions, common ones too but the last I dont know how many times, there is always a HUGE line to pick up prescriptions. I dont get it. Pharmacy turned me down for a flu shot acted as if I was trying to get it for free and I have Medicare and anthem Blue Cross unbelievable. No one in the pharmacy is smiling they all act as if you're bothering them it's just horrible. Take your prescriptions elsewhere, avoid this and other CVSs. They refill your medications way way to early, they never seem to have the medications when you do need it, and services is very poor when you have one employee trying to run the whole store by his or herself. read more

It's 11:30 pm and my husband has to wait for an hour for an emergency prescription. He is the only person there waiting there, but the pharmacist feels the need to fill 15 other prescriptions first because they came in first, even though no one is there to pick up any of the other 15 prescriptions. Should have called to check if it was ready, you say. we called three times, waited on hold 15 minutes each of the three times, no one ever answered the phone. Never use this one again. read more

I usually go to Walmart but this time Walmart doesn't stock the medication I need. If I could give a MINUS, I would. Long story short... when considering this location, I advise going to any other CVS Pharmacy, than this one. Absolutely atrocious behavior by the Pharmacy Manager who was trying to order me (the customer) to stand only where he indicated. Sorry bud, but you don't get to order people about. This is the USA, a FREE country where we stand and shop in the manner we please. In good CVS stores, customers are ENCOURAGED to shop the isles while WAITING to be serviced or waiting for a prescription. With this manager... it was the opposite! He was very combative and escalated a small situation into a HUGE incident. How is the customers experience enhanced by ordering the customer to stand in a nonexistent line? There was one lady standing in line... no hurry, not much waiting. I was causing no harm. NONE. Just looking around 12-14 feet away from pharmacy counters, while waiting.
