Impossible to get gas. Tried several pumps. Notes on pumps blame the wind and dirt in the area for ruining their sensors, etc. Have to pay inside. Only thing I liked about this station was their unintentionally hilarious sign asking you not to wash your entire vehicle with their squeegees meant for washing your windows. Discovered that there is actually a station just across the river (border) in Arizona literally a couple of miles away where the gas prices are $2/gallon cheaper. No need to ever fill up in Needles ever again. read more

I normally stop here for snacks so this is on my experience at the food mart only. This place is open 24 hours so it's perfect for a late night snack run. Plenty of junk food options typical to a gas station. It's kept nice and cool inside. Never really a wait to check out and service is usually friendly and courteous. Things are on the pricy side, like $3 for an ice cream sandwich. But when you want ice cream, no price is too high, lol! Their gas is pricy (especially compared to down the street) since they are in CA and conveniently located right off the 40. Those just passing through wouldn't know that it would be $1-$2 less just a mile away over the bridge on Hwy 95. read more

Fairly recently Changed to a Circle K. All new. Clean. Well stocked and organized. Easy access clean restrooms. All the stuff you'd expect and a little more. Fuel pumps are easy in/out. The assistant manager, Lorie, truly went above and beyond here. My boyfriend and I were in the middle of moving across the country when I realized I left my wallet at this gas station. It would've taken us 6hours total out of our way to go back for it and without skipping a beat Lori offered to mail it to the hotel we'd be staying at. She wouldn't even take any money for it. I received my wallet at our hotel in perfect condition with a nice handwritten note from Lorie. I honestly could cry thinking about how sweet this woman is. She saved our trip! All the stations in this area are set up to hit people passing through. Get your gas in Bullhead or Barstow. There, gas is 1. 50 less per gallon. Even snacks here are 40 % more than average. Don't play their game. But if you really need gas, the stations along Broadway are 30 to 40 cents cheaper per gallon. If the prices are too high people are simply going to put less gas in their tank to compensate for the difference and then find a better deal elsewhere read more

Can I call this "highway robbery", or is that being too literal? Point is, on a day when gas was selling for $2.80 in Bakersfield (my previous stop), the cocksuckers running this Chevron were charging $3.90 -- a difference of a goddamn DOLLAR AND TEN CENTS. (The two neighboring stations were priced identically, and the two that were one freeway exit down were $4.00 even.) These guys think they can get away with it because in the 140-mile gap between Barstow and Needles, there's pretty much exactly nothing. BUT if you go 22 miles further east (just over the border in Arizona), gas drops all the way back down to -- you guessed it -- $2.80. And unless your Low Fuel light's been blinking for 50 miles already, you WILL make it. Good things come to those who wait. read more

Took me 15 mins to purchase gas. Lady kept making mistakes on which pump to place my order and kept putting the wrong gas. My card had two cancelled transactions. Restroom had no toilet paper. So much for a quick gas stop. Theres a shell next door or go to another exit. read more
