Worst customer service ever! Their app is always wrong and worse than useless ... it will say a scrip will be ready when it's not. Then it will say it will be ready but when you arrive the pharmacy staff tells you there is no scrip at all. There is always a 20 minute plus at the pharmacy. The cashiers at the front are definitely more focused on each other than the customer. Tonight I was there and was in a hurry. When I walked up to the register the cashier decided it was more important to interrupt me and start yelling across the store at a coworker about something random than to help me. Terrible awful no good customer service all around. I've used Walgreens for years in many cities but this one is the pits! read more

I was calling this pharmacy from out of state, and I was initially on hold for 12 minutes before they hung up. The holding music changed to ringing, and then I heard distant but distinct chatter in the background for a split second before holding music started again. I didn't realize they had multiple holding songs, lol. This happened around eight times the first time I called, and then I was on hold for another nine or so minutes the second time I called. Again, I heard the phone be picked up and immediately be put on hold like five more times. Why do they bother picking up the phone in the first place if they keep putting you in walgreens holding music purgatory ? I just wanted to speak to a pharmacist. T__T I would pay physical dollars to never have to call them again. I hope they can figure something out to improve this so no one else has this experience. read more

These 5 stars come from the most amazing friendly cashier, thank you Ashanti, not sure if that's the right name she's young black woman, so amazing and strong she's got so much going for her with her gracious presence, and greeting everyone with genuine kindness and authenticity, which Is so rare these days, I don't usually care to ask about someone's life but so much life this cashier brings into peoples lives just by her acts of kindness, it's so rare, any company would be blind to not see how amazing people like this still exist. Telling everyone goodbye and greeting everyone that comes in. With the pharmacy a star and a half maybe hire more women like her. At this Walgreens location , which is right there in town, everything like the registers, the walls, the bathrooms is dated. Two registers at the check out and one is usually broken. Only giving a 1 star because you have to. The pharmacy here is a joke don't call and ask about your partners prescription cause if you do they say we cancel that and resend to the doctor then when you get off the phone will get a text message saying your prescription has been canceled. Now you didn't call about yours or even mention yours. Also every time I turn around they are saying they need the doctor to resend for insurance verification well I called my insurance and mailed the approval Walgreens pharmacy still was saying they needed insurance verification. Done with this joke of a pharmacy and no it wasn't for anything crazy it's simple medications for headaches and sore muscles. Never going to this pharmacy in bullhead again. My experience was on the phone, I had to do the leg work of getting my insurance to let them know it was approved. Then after a total of over 1 hour of hold time, 2 calls, 40 minutes I actually talked to them including talking to, "Mr. Winter,"they suddenly could not find my RX order. The same one that they said was pending insurance approval.... I was not going to even share that much of my experience and that's not the half of it. But as I write this it's hard not to share. I just moved from California and was assured that the pharmacy here could contact them no problem. Just tried to get my Prescription refilled the phone was answered by the rudest Person she told me no refills I told her I was holding the bottled in my hand and it stated their was a refill she then started to get really nasty. I ask if I was bothering her and that's when she started yelling. I hung up on her and called back to talk to a manager he told me she had already self reported . I have never had to wait so long in a line, I was dismissed and treated rude, they have employees who seem confused and have yet to follow up on a prescription I need. I have waited 5 days for them to transfer a prescription from Washington and I have called to get hung up on and Washington has not received any requests! Going to Kingman, lets hope they are better, at least they answer the phone and sound knowledgeable! I do not recommend Bullhead City Walgreens and some advice if you do go, go through the drive thru cause they seem to get them through much faster than standing in line. read more

Don't be in a hurry.... they are normally under staffed and you will be in line for a while. Sometimes 30 minutes. Then again...they are open 24 hrs per day. Maybe very early in the morning would work better. On the bright side... the staff are good people and try their best. read more

Would give them 0 stars if possible! DO NOT go to the pharmacy here. They shorted my mom 70 pills!!! And when she went back to tell them. They acted like she took them. And blamed her for their mess up. My mom has gone there for years and was ALWAYS very respectful and even friendly with most of the workers. And they all were so rude and ganged up on her when she was simply trying to get the meds they shorted her. AND the lady who helped count the pills was not even supposed to be working back there! She was a front end cashier of the store! Isn't that illegal?? She also went to break right after "counting her pills" she probably stole them! We called corporate! So hopefully something is done. I also went to complain with my husband because I was so mad how they treated my mom for no reason, and the lady (her name is Laura Lynn) she shut the gate on my husband's arm. Then proceded to push on him and tell him to move. So we had the cops called. So unprofessional, and where are these peoples decency? Shame on them for treating other humans so badly because they can't do their job right! They should all be fired for what they are doing. Even the people in line were agreeing. So many have issues going there. Now a day after this happened the store is "temporarily closed" so I'm hoping an investigation is going on and something is done. read more

The worst Walgreens in the World! I stopped using them when I couldn't get them to send my scripts in the mail at the beginning of COVID. After a few months they sent me refills I didn't ask for. I had changed pharmacy. Then they started calling saying my dr sent in a prescription. Drs, not only from another state, but ones I hadn't seen for over 3 years. The last was they refilled a script, and sent it in the mail, WITHOUT MY CONSENT! This is a prescription for thyroid medication that I have to alternate strength daily. I had just refilled them with regular pharmacy. But the biggest problem was they sent one synthroid and the other levothyroxine. This is absolutely dangerous! Don't ever let anyone mess with your thyroid meds. Each one has a different absorption rate. Generic does NOT MEAN THE SAME! My Endocronologist proved that! He tried to give me a gel thyroid medication to get the right dose without having to take 2 strengths on alternate days. THEY WILL send your scripts and charge your card if you ignore their calls. The last call I received I called her out and told them to stop going through my history to drum up business! The prescription she was calling about was from a dr I hadn't seen in a year and a expired one at that! Someone needs to check their practice! These actions are unethical at best, but maybe illegal. Never get a Covid test done here. My client and I have come and I had thought that we had to wait in line for a Covid test inside the store, never got one from here before. I wait 30 minutes to get seen my pharmacist and they tell me I have to go through the drive thru. I thought it was inside because I heard another pharmacist tell another employee to go to the back of the line. So I go to the drive thru get the test done, completely different from cvs. It's been a week and my results and my clients results never came back? It was the rapid test we had gotten done! I went back 2 days later to pick it up and they only had a record of one prescription and they said they had to order it and it won't be ready for another day. No thanks. I'm going to keep this as brief as possible because I've wasted enough time on this awful company. I have waited for over 2 months for corporate to call me back. I wasn't going to write a review right away because I wanted to give Walgreens a chance to at least correct the issue and apologize. The Walgreens in Bullhead City AZ gave my husband someone else's blood pressure meds, thinking it was antibiotics for his toothache, he took the meds for several days. Come to find out they were not antibiotics, it was blood pressure meds. These meds made him really sick because HE WAS ALREADY ON BP meds. I could get into more details but I'm not going to bother. WALGREENS YOU COULD HAVE KILLED MY HUSBAND. WTH is wrong you and your pharmacists? Besides taking the wrong meds, he need to be on Antibiotics to help him with an abscessed toothache. That infection alone put his life in danger. Pharmacy there is terrible! I just moved from Indiana, and I needed a refill request sent over to my doctors back home. I told the lady that my last name changed due to marriage and I have not updated my end over at my other doctors yet. She didn't want to listen to me and she didn't bother to put Ashley Cothren "Engle" on the paper. She was also very snotty and rude. So, I called back home to my doctors to see if they received a refill request from walgreens in BHC, they told me nope no one sent one over. Loved that she lied to me! Never will I ever go back there for prescription refills, Target helped me just fine :-) Overall, I love that the walgreens is opened 24 hours, everyone else there is friendly. This is really bad and unacceptable I am going to report them to board of pharmacy and the Wallgreens district manager. Pharmacist should be readley available to talk to the patients and Doctors and... I understand they may be busy for 5-10 minutes before to answer the phone but, not for 2 hours. Staff and pharmacist were so out of touch and simply they ignore the calls. The pharmacist who helped me was very rude. I called prior to ask if they have sudafed available because I have Otitis Media and lost most of my hearing in both ears. When asking how much the product is, she said "I don't know, find out yourself." And I told her I just want to know the price before coming in to buy it tonight. She said it's $7, and I need to be of age and have a drivers license, before I could answer, she hung up on me. My husband, son, and I, arrive, and the same pharmacist who I spoke to on the phone was the one who helped me. She was standing talking to a staff member and glancing at myself and my family for about 2 minutes before focusing her attention on us to help us. When I approached, I let her know I have very little hearing due to my ear infections, and the doctor had told me I can go to my pharmacy to buy sudafed over the counter through a pharmacist. She immediately says, repeatedly, "Your the one I spoke to one the phone earlier huh." I said yes, and she went to grab the medicine, but she didn't let me choose which medicine I wanted. My husband jumped in and asked her to grab the 12 hour relief sudafed, instead of grabbing it, she grabbed he knock off brand sudafed which wasn't the 12 hour relief. My husband said "no, she needs the 12 hour one. She hasn't been able to hear for 4 days now, the 12 hour one will work best." The pharmacist grabbed it and brought it to the register. I gave her my drivers license, and immediately she said "I can't sell this to you. Your address on your drivers license doesn't match the address we have on file." I said to her "that's weird, because I've never had a problem buying prescriptions here with having my address different from what's on file here. My address is changed through the DMV, and nothing states I need a new drivers license every time I change my address. My address is ________." And she said "No your address on your drivers license needs to match what we have in the system, and it doesn't match." I told her "I've been coming here for 10 years, my address on my drivers license is about 10 years old, I've moved at least 6 times within those 10 years. The address you have on file is ____ because when I lost my baby last year and came here to get my prescription, I had changed it to my new address that I'm still currently living at. I don't understand the problem here, I've shown my drivers license many many times despite my address not matching the system from my drivers license, usually the pharmacist asks me to confirm my address to prove it's me. I'm telling you my address but your fighting me on it." The lady the scans my ID and says she needs additional Identification to prove I'm really 27 and to prove my address, she accused me of having a "fake" drivers license... at that point, I was fed up. I asked to speak to her manager. She put down my drivers license and scanned the sudafed, which by the way wasn't $7, it was $14.99, $16.17 after tax... but I gave her my cash, she held onto my cash and was acting confused on why I hadn't paid through the card machine. I told her "I gave you cash, your holding the money." Another girl (pharmacist) came up to her and started talking to the pharmacist helping me, all while I was standing there still waiting for my change, the pharmacist continued to talk to the employee without putting through the transaction. The employee asked "is there a problem." And the pharmacist who was helping me said "yeah this bitch is giving problems." That was extremely offensive! I'm still in shock of what I heard her say!!! And IN FRONT OF MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!! After about 3 minutes of holding the money I gave the pharmacist, she finally gives me my change. She threw my sudafed into the bag, rough handling it, and threw my receipt into the bag and shoved the bag at me. I asked her what her name is, and she ignored me and called for the next customer. I will be calling at Manager or Corporate tomorrow morning because I have NEVER been treated like this by anyone in the customer service industry. I have worked in customer service myself for 12 years, and have never treated a customer or guest the way this woman treated me. I felt very unwelcome, treated with complete disrespect, she called me a fowl name, rough housing the bag and shoving it at me, and giving me a hard time over something that I've never had a problem with before, and most of all, being SO RUDE TO ME IN FRONT OF MY CHILD..
