Great customer service! Sara took my call, saved the item for me, and made sure everything was ready when I drove from Las Vegas to pick it up. She really took good care of me -- very helpful and professional. Really appreciate the support -- great experience! read more

Target - Furniture Stores Near Me - Bullhead City, Arizona

The target in Bullhead City Arizona needs to do better with their stockings and labeling. I came here to get a Redbull and as I pulled out a 12oz thinking it was 2 dollars I get to the cash register and it was around 4 dollars due to the lack of self awareness while stocking they mixed up the 8.4 oz and the 12 oz pricing! You guys need to do better! read more

Target - Whoever stalked the target NEEDS to do better with there labeling. They mixed up the pricing of the 8.4 to the 12 oz redbull! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Bullhead City, Arizona

The store is okay, but DONT ORDER ONLINE unless you dont care how long your order sits in a 120 degree truck. They use Fedex which is a second rate delivery service that waits until they feel its worth it to deliver to you. read more

Why do they always choose the most know it all, condescending and argumentative humans in the store to work at customer service? I've been shopping at various Targets for many years and this one has the worst customer service employees ever. The other employees at the checkouts are super nice but maybe the customer service desk is the "turkey farm" for mean girls? read more

Prices are ok, sometimes a bit higher compared to say Walmart. Selection is alright. Service could be better

Anna Marie needs to be let go immediately. She has no customer service made me wait five minutes while she counted money to be check out when she was the only register open and then was completely rude and unprofessional. read more

This place is the best for short lines with employees working the cash registers. Usually it is not crowded at all like Walmart. I think if more people tried it they would use it for its ability to get in and out fast read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The store has always be nice, clean and organized. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. read more

A good place to spend time browsing. You can get help when you need it. Helpful employees.

God im bored. Who wastes their time reviewing a Target? Its a Target, thats it. Its like how there is Walmarts. Its just an unflinching constant. I come here, I buy more than I thought I would and the cycle will continue. read more

Would rate it a 4 star but the bathrooms are a two star at best. They have a wide variety of food you will never find at competitors' stores. A lot of clothing that my fiancée likes that she can often find at bargain prices. We have found a wide variety of cleaning products many of which are safer than alternatives found elsewhere! read more

Called Target around 8am in this location of Arizona to ask if they had a toy in stock and they said yes we have 6 and so I proceed to drive 110 miles and an hour and a half from Vegas to purchase this product for someone's birthday and when I get there they tell me they still have 6 but can't sell it to me until the end of the month and there was no mention of this on the phone before I left from Las Vegas. Very poor customer service and made me waste a whole tank of gas. Will never return to this store read more

What a breath of fresh air this place is! No matter where I go, what town I visit, Target is Target and I absolutely love that! It's an extremely peaceful and relaxing shopping experience. The store is super clean, super organized and has the greatest employees. This was my second stop here, only discovering during my last trip to Laughlin in January. I wonder how long it's been here? Was it here when I lived in Laughlin 13 years ago and I didn't know about it? Anyway, I look forward to all of my Target trips, especially this location. Keep up the great work. I absolutely love this place! Kudos to the management and staff! read more

The store is open on Sunday. The yelp hours list it as closed. I was there the other day and asked one of the clerks at the customer service counter. To their recollection the store has not been closed on Sundays during 2021 calendar year. Hopefully you can update the information in your mast head. read more

This Target is awesome. Everyone is so helpful. Stock is plentiful. Pizza Hut and Starbucks available. Clean restrooms and water fountains. Quality merchandise at fair prices. My only complaint is that nearly every time I check out, the checkers go through their upsale statements. With 71 check-ins here, I don't need/want to be asked if I 1) have a red card or 2) know about the cartwheel app. Can't some of you recognize customers as individuals and not just fill your quota? read more

Rudest Target I've ever shopped at...The first time I shopped here, I heard two employees talking sh*t about the customers not hanging up the clothes they try and the second time I overheared two employees (one of them an old witch with short blonde hair, coincidentally one of the same employees from the first visit who was talking crap) about their coworkers. They start turning the lights off at 9:59pm and start making announcements at 9:30 and subsequently every 5 minutes until they close about them closing soon. Geez maybe that's why this place is dead and Walmart is always packed. The cashier didn't even say thank you after I spent nearly $200 there. Never again! read more

I love Target. My daughter loves Target...she calls it "the red store"! More of a reason to love them is the exceptional service that I received here a few weeks ago when I came in to make a return on some products I ordered online and had shipped to our home in AZ. I no longer had the packing slips and the Red Card that I used had recently been replaced so all I had was an order number from my email (no SKUs). The manager (younger Hispanic woman and I hate that I can't remember her name because she definitely deserves major kudos) spent an hour on the phone with customer service to help process my return. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got my full refund and was so helpful, apologetic (even though it was my fault), sincere and just friendly throughout the whole process. Great return experience and overall customer service!! The next time I'm there and I get the lady's name, I'll update my review ;) read more

Target - Furniture Stores Near Me - Bullhead City, Arizona

First, it's GREAT to have a Target store in Bullhead City. Each and every time I am in this Target, it is always clean and in order. The employees are always busy making sure that things are on display and ready for you to purchase. However, no matter how busy they are, they are more than willing to stop and help you locate something if you cannot find it. It's great to have a Starbucks right there in the store as well. Every retail business is struggling with trying to "do more with less" as our economy continues to try and recover. That means that to keep payroll low, fewer employees are scheduled from time to time. It is a part of the business. However. they do work very hard to watch the front lanes and when one starts to get too long, you can see a supervisor jump in and try to get another register open as quickly as possible, given staffing. I appreciate that. The pharmacy is perhaps the primary reason I have stayed with Target so long. The pharmacy tech and pharmacists are professional, qualified, and caring. I appreciate the focus to details that they have and that they really care about people as individuals and not just a customer with a piece of paper that means "more work" for them. I don't mind the wait to get the prescriptions filled because I know they are going to treat with with the same high level of professionalism each and every time...and that also gives me time to shop around the store while I'm there. I think the only negative for me has been at the customer service/return counter. Because they are short-staffed, it is sometimes difficult (more times than not) to get assistance there. However, the folks who come to help are always nice and the interactions are positive. Great place! Michele B. Bullhead City read more

Nice basic Target store in a place that has desperately needed one for years and finally got it's wish. Everything you'd expect from a Target with the Pharmacy, Photo, and Starbucks with Pizza Hut Express. -one star because they had only one lane open out of 18 and the location is sooo far out of the way. I'd go out of my way to get here though, it is much, MUCH better than having to go eleswhere! read more

See all

I live in Kingman and come to Bullhead often just to shop at Target because I prefer it over our options here. So I'm back to school shopping with my kids, it's 110 outside, I've driven an hour to get here and been shopping 2 hours at this point, and when I go to pay my chip on my card isn't working. It had been giving me trouble, but any other place in the last week it has done this, they've been able to figure it out by either letting me insert it 3 times and then swiping or entering the card number. So the girl checking out my stuff is either new or doesn't know how to deal with this situation, and is just inserting my card over and over, telling me she doesn't know, which is fine. If you haven't encountered this you wouldn't know, but the manager or maybe shift manager, I don't know, comes to help and clearly has no idea either and has now inserted my card so many times it won't accept it. He then tells me there's nothing he can do unless I have another form of payment. Umm what?! Every other store has been able to handle this. So I go in the blazing heat, load up my kids, go to the bank to get cash, come back and check out and the lady checking me out apologizes and confirms you can enter the card three times and then swipe. And the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Only getting 3 stars because it's the closest Target available to me and I love Target. read more

Store was CLEAN. I must say I never been to a target that looked so clean in my life! Staff was nice too. Bathrooms were amazing clean! Only downfall is I wish it was a super target with the veggies and stuff. read more

Merry Christmas to the awesome customer service people that helped us during our shopping today. First, just an awesome cashier that waited on my wife and I. Her name was Juanita, what a cheery and helpful person. I had contact with a very helpful young woman in the "Health and Beauty" area that was also very helpful. I assume these two ladies are temp help for the holiday season and boy, do I hope they get hired permanently, honestly Target can use more people with such wonderful attitudes. read more

I will never shop at Target again. I had an online coupon for 40% off and after haggling with the cashier and supervisor I had the displeasure of meeting Ron the store mananger. The moment he arrived he had a very grumpy, rude, and gruff attitude. I explained the situation and asked that he honor the coupon his store issued and he snarled as he said it was only good online. I requested that he show me anywhere in writing that that was true to which he replied it doesn't say it but that's what it means. I left over $200 in merchandise at the counter never to return again. read more

I got this gift card and thought heck lets spend it.Okay after passing 3 employees who where puffing the cancer sticks I needed go to the bathroom, wow talk about filthy... I wonder if the men bathroom is as nasty!! Well now since my mood is so great I start shopping some cute stuff I will admit, but I couldn't find where they went you know to find more.. That blew.. Asked for help they put there finger up like HOLD.. RUDE it's only bullhead RELAX RUDE A$$$$ ppl geeze, I think target should do a hiring event, let go about 99% of the employees and start all over again. Then teach the new ones not to treat paying customers like crap... read more

This was my all time fav target I've ever stepped foot in. I dont know if it's because the population isn't much out there or what. But when I lived in the area I was here at least once a week. Now I go to the targets in Cali and think about how much I miss this one. Always clean! Employees always nice and friendly. Always quiet and peaceful shopping even near the holidays. I miss this target a lot. I was always finding great iteams on clearance as well and that made me extra happy! Best target I've been too. read more

Awesome target. Everything was clean and organized. Being from Southern CA, I didn't think I was going to find my everyday essentials but this target had everything. My returns were super easy at this store as well. I had brought my returns from LA and so easy! A lot of parking and the cashier was so friendly. read more

Bar stools are zipped tied to the shelves for customer safety!?! You cannot sit in a chair or bar stool prior to purchase!?! Told by a manager, that if a screw falls out they would be liable. Are they kidding!?! She actually told us it isn't safe for us to sit in one of their chairs! Won't come back anytime soon to this location. read more

Always courteous help, the store is clean and it's a nice shopping experience. Well stocked and sale prices are good.

Love this store. Plenty of good deals all around and having groceries in store is a big plus

This has to be the cleanest, most well organized Target I have ever been to. I am from Fremont, Ca and our target is an absolute disgusting mess and I hate shopping there. As we were on vacation visiting family in Laughin Nv, this was the closest target to us. I was extremely impressed by the way it looked, how clean it and well organized it was, and how friendly the staff was. Keep up the good work Bullhead City Target. Your great work doesn't go unnoticed. read more
