It is far from an outlet, biggest attraction is a family dollar store. It was a complete waste of time, it looks deserted and dirty.

They're closed. Moved . The whole mall is closed except street level restaurants. I love the bargain but no more. read more

Burke's Outlet is a great little outlet store with cloths and household goods for all that you might be looking for. There prices are very reasonable and everything in the store is easy to find. There was easy access to find everything in the store and associates in the store to help as well. I found more than what I was looking for and my husband was finding much more than he was looking for as well. read more

Writing this review after my second visit. The only thing that I can say is that this store is extremely sloppy! The way they have it set up is just cluttered and confusing! It makes you want to not shop here at all! I understand certain philosophies when it comes to setting up discount outlets. Some are organized and easy to shop for prudes like me, and others are scattered for those who like to feel like they're digging for deals. I don't like the latter, so shopping here almost becomes a phobia or a migraine headache. Both times coming here, I've only walked out with Yankee Candle tarts. I've seen a couple of deals that I wanted to take home in home decor, but always talked myself out of it. And when I went shopping for clothes, I immediately lost interest after going down one aisle. The shoe section is small, so not as distracting. I'll be back next time in town, but it will be straight to the home decor section and then straight out. Are all Burke's like this? I wouldn't know because I don't recall seeing one in Vegas. read more

Always find cute items here!!! It's a must go when I visit. Especially on discount Monday's or my bday month!

This was my other favorite store in the mall! This is a good-sized store. Clean, well-stocked, and the racks were full, but not overfilled. The different sections are clearly marked for shopping ease. I found so many possible clothing items to buy here, but I settled on a couple (swim coverup dress and tunic), as well, as a baby item and a couple home items, for $39. I like the brand Carribean Joe which I usually find at Dillards back home and sometimes I see the label at off-price chains like Ross or Marshall's. The swimwear section was very good, with lots of markdowns on the swims coverups. Also, saw some sun hats for $12.99, which were packable and crushable. If I hadn't just bought one a month or so, ago, I would've bought one here. There were many colors and styles to choose from, too, I should add. I really liked the blue striped one that was full-coverage. I checked out the womens clothing, the baby section, the swimswear section, and my hubby checked out the home section. The cashier told me that there will be a store in Las Vegas or Henderson soon, but not sure if it will be Bourke's or Belk's (same corporation owns it). Nice! If and when we are in town, we will definitely stop by here again. We were here on saturday for a day trip. read more

Burke's is by far the best store in the entire outlet mall, not to mention my favorite outlet/bargain store ever. I think of Burke's as a cross between Nordstrom Rack and HomeGoods. Designers that I see the most here that I love are Betsey Johnson and Anne Klein. I always see cute purses and clutches when I come here, as well as a great jewelry selection. My mom, grandma and I have gone crazy (in a good way) in this store a few times. Our last visit was last week and we weren't disappointed. From the clothes, to the cute home decor, there's a lot to look at. Each time I come here, I easily find at least 5 tops + blouses that are high quality and fit me well. There have been trips where I found 10 tops or more. This is also a great place to grab someone a gift, as there are nice gift sets for bath + pj's. read more

This store was much fun to shop in but now it's going downhill. Customer service was horrible! I was not greeted when I walked in, normally every time I walk in I'm always greeted with "Welcome to Burke's or Hello" but this time I didn't get any greeting. No one came to assist any customers on the floor. One associate was dealing with items that needed to be put back on the floor, Put Backs is what I used to call them when I worked retail. Three ladies were behind the register counter and two of them were on one register, new hire in training I think and the third was acting like she didn't see any of us customers standing in line. She acted as if she didn't want to help any of us and pretended to be busy with others things as five customers were in line. Finally one lady says she could help someone at one register and she was the only one who cashed out all five customers. I used to love to shop at this store but if this is how customer service is going to be then I can shop at other stores. This review is coming from a person who used to work in retail and I know things could go better. read more

My daughter and I went shopping for some clothes for her, and left one of our bags of clothes, there! I called, and was so relieved to find, it was there! I appreciated the honesty. I thought we lost it, I was so worried, so that made my day! We found some really cute things, for girls. I loved their boots! My 9 yr old daughter looked so amazing in those boots! I wish they had women's boots like the girls boots, we could of matched lol! We got jeans, shirts, outfits, a dress , slippers, and of course, the boots for her. I always get kid clothes here, they are reasonably priced, and cute. read more

I love Burke's Outlet in the Horizon Mall in Laughlin. The last time I was here I bought a pair of ladies golf pants for $19 less 15% Monday Club Discount less 20% additional discount and I liked them so much I tried to find another pair online later, but the retail price was $83. read more
