Hours are terrible for people who work during the week. If they can run a business on retirees only good for them! Also they close super early on Saturdays and turn off all the lights way before 2 pm which is a huge safety hazard in addition to being rude. Not good customer service and lately they've increased their prices on items that have been there a while. There is one friendly employee but when he's not there this place is bad news! read more

Run run far and fast this man David the Owner should not be in Buisness. I went in he saw picture and said he would take the items on consignment we scheduled for 3 weeks on Thursday pickup ( they only pickup on Thursday) weekend before in area drop in and confirm with employee and yes your first and they will call you day before to set time Great No No call day before when I call at end of day no awnser and then in morning when I call them employee states he gave your pick up,spot to someone else. when David Owner calls back noonish he rude not apologetic and has made his own version of events. when spelled out how it really was he became very rude cussing yelling say I don't want your stuff, at that point nothing would have convinced me to ever leave my stuff with I wouldn't take your give it away first. spread the word and RUN FAR FAR AWAY AND TELL EVERYONE. Before you reply with crappy line mine your and truth why don't you tell you story. Bought a chair that was supposed to be ALL leather, manager assured my wife it was ALL leather. When I came to look I questioned it as being all leather.. guy assured us it was.. no tags anywhere on piece. Manager said previous owner cut them all off. When we got home and upon turning over chair we found tag from Ashley . Also it was obvious much of it wasNOT leather. Called store a few times and left a messages.. Never got any return call... my feelings are we were lied to and they don't want to face it! I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone I can about their dishonesty!! What a beautiful store!!! A hidden gem here in BHC. They have a huge well selected inventory of gently used higher end furniture and decor!!! If you haven't gone please go and support small local business while finding perfect home furnishings at affordable prices!!! And the staff are as helpful as could be!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time trying to put anything on consignment here. They didn't show up to pickup furniture on my first SCHEDULED pick up date, called and told me they would come a few days later at 9:00. Call at 9:00 to make sure they were ACTUALLY coming that day... only for the extremely rude lady on the phone to call her pick up guy and his response is that he is running late so he won't be able to pick up! AGAIN! Don't make appointments if you can't live up to them people!!! How do you run a business like that?!!! Horrible customer service to top it off. I am not a Thrift Store Groupie. That said, this is not a thrift store. They have a variety of furnishings with a good enough selection to furnish a house. Their prices are appropriate and decrease every 30 days on the date the consignment was placed. This store is well managed, inventory is added almost daily. A plus is that the store provides delivery. Delivery charge for a curio cabinet to Laughlin was $25. The store is very clean and not full of junk. We have placed the store on a weekly stop, just because our first experience upon moving to the area was a pleasure. We have been back several times since our first purchase. read more
