Went to a few other places first. OMG, the spiel about their quality, their warranty, Their special financing. All to justify their ridiculous prices. People rave about the mattresses we got here. They think we paid a fortune. Was $159 for a nice queen. Lol We also have a Serta perfect sleeper bla bla bla mattress in a guest room. Our last guests asked if we could switch the mattress in their room to the cheap junk mattress (according to the "closer" at the competitors ). Save yourself some $$ and lots of time. Drive in grab it and go. Oh yeah, we stopped at mattress firm to pick up a full size. They wanted $379.00. When I told them discount had fills for $119. They dropped their price to match it. I walked out. First they try to rip me off, then they discount over $250. Not an honest business practice in my opinion. Rip some and good deals to others.

I settled on the premium 5 year protection plan which cost me $499.99 and I was assured "all perils would be fixed". Yet, my 1st submitted request for repair is denied as mentioned above.
