We purchased a mattress back in April - between Ed and Laine, who really seem to know their…read moreinventory, it was a good experience and Laine even let me take the thing home and come back in a few weeks to pay the difference. The mattress, however, didn't really hold up its end of the deal and felt like it was getting softer....and SOFTER....in a very short amount of time. I finally called Eds the other day and voiced my concerns. The guys were very understanding and offered to work with us to easily resolve this problem so we can finally get a good nights sleep. Tommorow we will load this thing up and take it back down there, and I am sure the right mattress will find its way home with us. I appreciate the willingness to work with us and for the fact that they didnt refuse to help us out.
