Visited the Goodwill in Kingman, AZ a couple of days ago and was really disappointed to find the…read morerestrooms kept locked. There were about 20-30 people shopping, yet if you need to use the restroom you have to go all the way to the front, stand in the checkout line behind paying customers, and then ask for a key. After that, you still have to wait for someone to be paged to unlock the door. I'm sure they have their reasons, but this setup just doesn't work. It creates unnecessary delays and sends the message that customer convenience isn't a priority. I hope they reconsider this system and find a better solution, because the way it's handled now feels like a big "we don't care about our customers."
