He was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues with both the washer and dryer. Bryan suggested a workaround for the problems I was having with the washer that utilized its existing features. He could have easily sold me a new board for the washer and a new board for the dryer and then come back in a couple of years when those new boards failed and needed replacement again. This would have been costly and even more frustrating. Instead, he suggested a cost-effective way to get the machines to perform as needed. Bryan was honest and straightforward, providing understandable explanations of what was going on with these appliances.
