The place is alright, I sometimes come here every so often. Cory is usually pretty helpful. Parking is never a problem here, they have an ok selection. Prices are a bit high though. read more

Had a collection of Silver Quarters together rid of. Another dealer offered 8 time face value. Mr Pawn offered 19 times face value. Very professional and courteous. Very please with the transaction read more

Found that Grayson and Cory always are very courteous and very knowledgable with all of their products. I have had both persons give me honest opinions when requested. This is my go-to store for items including jewelry. The prices are always fair here. Firearm knowledge is outstaning as they take needed time with you and your purchase. I have never been dis-satisfied at this store. read more

***PROS*** * Plenty of parking in private lot * Business is well lit and clean, with merchandise displayed behind glass, on the walls, and on shelves. Prices are marked. * Employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. * Very easy to borrow money; terms are clearly printed on your ticket with pay-off dates and interest due. * Very easy to retrieve item out of pawn. Pay what is owed, sign a form, and you're on your way. ***TIP*** * If it is your first time pawning, there may be a special offer for you (such as $300 or less with zero interest for 30 days). * Do not lose your paperwork or there is an extra fee. You will need it to pick up your item. * 4 out of 5 stars because during my first visit, there were no smiles or pleasant feeling. They totally redeemed themselves today. Might be the process of needing money and/or paying it back, or maybe they were just having an off day. It's allowed. read more

Came in looking for old coins. Everything in here was extremely overpriced and the staff was not helpful at all. I was disappointed. In and out in 5 minutes and I won't be coming back. read more

The staff here is always kind respectful and helpful I enjoy shopping at Mr Pawn great Store great staff great values

The staff made us feel unsafe in the store. When we asked about a gun behind the counter, they would shoot us with it and "make us dance" in the parking lot if we tried to take it. I'm over 21 years old (the legal rifle/ pistol buying age) and they treated me like I was trying to rob the store. Everyone behind the counter stared at me and made me feel uncomfortable. I can only imagine that they were racially profiling me but there is no way for me to know for sure. Based on the small interactions I had with the staff, I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone. read more

I have used them several times now for those "extra cash" times. They are awesome and I love the flat rate interest. Not to mention they are all super friendly and the store is clean and organized. I will continue to return to make purchases too. :) read more

Hooked us up with some traveling tools on the down low today. Willing to give a good deal. Thank you. They appear to be more firearms and jewelry oriented than otherwise. I was happy with my purchase. Thank you. read more

I've been here before getting jewelry and everyone is always really nice! Mickayla always spends the time to go over things with us and is patient. We bought our favorite rings from her and today she took care of us yet again! I will be back to post photos later! read more

I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. My wife and I were planning to get a firearm for her so that she can have a way to protect herself when I'm not around. I took her out to eat Denny's and be able to take her to Mr. Pawn to get her first firearm. Upon arriving, we were greeted by an employee who helped us chose the right firearm. I was going to buy it for her, but she decided she wanted to buy it herself. The manager Bobby was very quick to judge and declined the purchase. Never coming back again. I wanted my wife to have a way to protect herself. I see how much you care about your loyal customers! read more

I've pawned a few things here, the service was okay, employees body language can be better.

I've been in the BHC "Mr. Pawn" on numerous occasions to browse and buy (Buckmark / ammo). Small...tidy...cheery...excellent prices...ALWAYS a courteous, helpful staff. Been in a few others...this one would have to be the "Cadillac". I don't know about the "no grace period!" complaint since I've never pawned anything. But the other bad review about racism seems so out of character that I find it (especially the bit about "dancing") a trifle hard to believe. read more

Best pawnshop for guns. Great layaway for anything. Prices are the best we've found anywheres on new or used guns. Love this place!!

Wyatt is the MAN!! I had been all over town trying to find the Glock 26 ($530) & 43 ($449) and Mr Pawn had them BOTH! At the best prices in town! Bought the one I wanted (New In Box) and saved $100 over the LGS competition. WE LOVED IT HERE!! *Recommend checking this place out!! read more

I want to thank you Jarrod for reaching out to me. That made a difference for me. I realize all business not racist sometimes the employee just do stupid things. read more

They have a good selection of tools and a ton of DVD's.

Don't waste your time here. Pawn Plus is way better. I tried to pawn a ring here they said they could only give me $15. Went to pawn Plus instead and they gave me $100. Employees here are usually rude. read more

These people are awesome. High quality service. Best price in firearms. No one else in town can compare to them.

Brought in a never worn pair of oakleys with the $250 receipt in the package and the guy behind the counter said he wouldn't take them. Said they were fake and slid them on the lenses back at me aggressively. Then I said look at the receipt, they're straight from the Vegas mall Oakley store! Then he said nope I'll pass because they're scratched. I said no they're not! He then snatched them out of my hands rudely and wiped his filthy fingers all over the lenses and asked the woman behind the counter if they wanted to take some fake, scratched, and smudged oakleys. She said f**k no! And they told me to leave. Not only will I never give them a penny of business, but I will tell everyone I know of their rude and unprofessional business. Maybe if you cared about having a reputable business you would hire somebody that actually knows what they're doing and doesn't treat others belongings as such. I can only imagine how they treat pawns in the back room... read more

Great little place. Purchased a gun, young man at the counter was helpful and knew his products. Took off a star because pawn shop was quite small. All in all I felt I got a good deal and would go back. read more

This is the best place in BHC for firearms and ammo, and good prices on tools and other stuff too. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Great spot for guns and ammo. Decent selection and great pricing. Ammo selection is low, though, and they do not have any gun accessories.

I agree with another reviewer: Wyatt is definitely the man. He was super patient with me and the group I brought in. When I say patient, I mean literally checking out every single pistol they had a couple of times. He made the whole transaction super easy and I will not hesitate to drive out of my way to come purchase from him specifically in the future. read more

Our country is suffering from a extremely terrible Pandemic, and I was almost one of those to loose my battle of Covid-19 by the graces of the man upstairs I am still here to let Jarrod the owner know how disappointing of a human being he is. I was in Utah and was infected by the Covid-19 on May 08 2020 I was very sick with a temperature of 104 degrees unable to lift my head and ultimately quarantined. I had just got home to Bullhead City on May 25th and found that my pawn was due and it became due when I was in Utah extremely sick. I went to the store right away and explained everything to them. And this is what Micayla the manager said to me sorry we sold your Gun. She said they called me on a number that I have not had in over a year but I did the original pawn in January 2020 and I know I gave my new number but I seen it was not on my paperwork they gave me I even renewed the loan in March 2020 and gave my information again. I told them that this was wrong and that in my condition I was at a total disadvantage and they could not give a hoot. Can not wait to see Jarrods lame response to this he going to state policy and not human compassion, its very simple they stole $1250.00 firearm from me within 7 days of being late and I had no control over the Covid-19 pandemic or my illness from it. And I was told I should have called ya how was I going to do that. Get ready to be sued Jarrod I am not going to let this go buddy. The Colorado River Cities will know how you operate your business. read more
