There used to be three people at the window, which was very good to keep things moving. The post office boxes. If you get boxes from Amazon or whatever, don't go in until 12:30. So at 12:30 the place is packed out the door people online and it's also lunch time. So there's only one person at the counter making it quite difficult and a long wait. This is very inconvenient, especially for people that are on their lunch hour as well. There also used to be someone in the little Booth. You know the on the side that would just take the yellow slips if there were people that just needed to pick something up and that doesn't happen anymore. I love the people that work there. We also had some big awkward pieces of furniture on the second floor... and our garage was pretty much full floor to ceiling with overflow, tools, holiday, ..
