The guy in the picture started by saying the system is looking.. ok, then he starts with welll there several options with UPS several options with fedx. And there is 3 options with the postoiffice... I said I wanted to ship this box.. ( ididn't say express two day or anything else.) I Said I just need a price to ship, He got pissy threw his hands up in the air and started to walk off running his mouth.. I again said. All I need is a price to ship. Him and I guess his boyfriend turned and walked off. I said I've got 40 more of the same boxes they just waved their hands and walked off.... Guess what I TOLD A LADY at the other ship store and she told me to use PIRATE SHIP, it will save me a ton of money.. this first shipment will save me 9 dollars a box! I JUST SAVED 369 DOLLARS!I almost got hosed AGAIN at this place because his prices are always higher then me JUST walking INTO the post office.. I just moved from another place in Laughlin, and my new mailbox key would not work. I gave the info to the woman at the counter, and she asked me to wait a moment. She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic staff.

I go to the post office to change mine and my entire family's mail address and she tells me .y husband is an adult and can do it himself them proceeds to tell me bc NY neice doesn't have my last name I cant change her address without a birth certificate. I bring both the birth cirtificate and my occicial documents that state I am her legal guardian and she reads the entire packet that had confidential information on it. She only needed to read the first page. She then takes it to the back to her boss bc she dint believe im her guardian or is giving me a hard time about it. During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. I was greeted promptly and asked to take a seat as everyone was busy helping others. I was waiting a maximum of 5 minutes before they called me up. Between the time I walked through their door to walking out of them, maybe 15 minutes had lapsed and much of that time was due to just chit chatting while they worked. The cost for the notary service was extremely reasonable. I found out they do a bunch of services, including trusts. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.
