FedEx's own price is $54.75. When questioned why this is considerably above the 10-20% standard mark-up, the conversation went south. Buyer beware. Both were handled entirely by their staff. When the error was discovered and I went in to address it, I was told it was somehow my fault anyway. No accountability, no attempt to fix the issue, just deflection and blame. Compounding the problem is an older woman who works there who is generally rude. This is not a one-off interaction -- her behavior is consistently dismissive and unpleasant, and she makes rude, unnecessary comments instead of offering help or solutions. During this visit, she was openly condescending and uninterested in resolving a problem their business created. If you're sending anything time-sensitive or valuable, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but refusing responsibility and treating customers poorly as a matter of course is unacceptable.
