Both were handled entirely by their staff. When the error was discovered and I went in to address it, I was told it was somehow my fault anyway. No accountability, no attempt to fix the issue, just deflection and blame. Compounding the problem is an older woman who works there who is generally rude. This is not a one-off interaction -- her behavior is consistently dismissive and unpleasant, and she makes rude, unnecessary comments instead of offering help or solutions. During this visit, she was openly condescending and uninterested in resolving a problem their business created. If you're sending anything time-sensitive or valuable, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but refusing responsibility and treating customers poorly as a matter of course is unacceptable.

Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care.
