Great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to access the store and I love that I can get office supplies and my mail.

Customer Service is horrific! I went in a day before my grace period was over asking if I could pay…read moremy annual bill at the first of the month. My air conditioner had gone out two weeks prior. I have 3 bulldogs, 2 English and 1 French bulldog. If you know anything about bulldogs they can't handle the heat. I've been cooling them down with cold water and ice day and night. I live alone here in the desert and only have my animals which are my world. Well, I had sent two emails asking if I could pay at the first of the month and never heard back from them. I always pay for the entire year. Which costs 175.00. To me that's a lot of money. I live on my social security but it was worth it knowing I was supporting a local business and a young family. I also had a business in a small town for years. I appreciated all the wonderful local community people. After all that's what makes small towns so special. Back to this day. I had ordered 350.00 worth of parts to get my air conditioner fixed. This was the reason I had to pay my box fee later. I was told I could not have any of my mail or packages until I paid for the next three months. Honestly, if any of you live paycheck to paycheck and have like myself 200.00 in your savings account of which I had to use for the air conditioner parts. You know that even 50.00 is like coming up 1000.00. I come back to the small town business. The owner kept referring to the U.S. Post Office. Saying they wouldn't let you pay on the first. She is absolutely correct. But what she forgot is that she's not the US Postal Service. How many of us are happy with the U.S. Postal Service? And why? Because of their horrible customer service.....it gets better. She then tells me that all I did was shop on the amazon July sale days instead of paying my bill. I was beside myself. And yes, this brought me to tears. Already knowing my dogs were in the house which was 105' when I left then knowing that I wasn't going to be able to get the parts to fix the air conditioner and they were going to suffer even more. I had nothing left but tears and disbelief that this woman who I always had such admiration for was so cruel. She doesn't know who I am or my own suffering. All she knows is that I get packages. She doesn't know that I'm diabetic and I receive supplements monthly for my nerve damage, or that I have a TBI and receive cognitive impairment items monthly to help me, or that I have a 29 year old horse that I get medication for monthly for his arthritis, no she accuses me of shopping for sale items of which I can't afford. What kind of business owner does that? So knowing I had to get the parts I called my dad. Crying the entire time. He was on the phone with the owner. She was paid 50.00 for three months. Fast forward to today 9/20/25. Two weeks I was hit by a flash flood. I know! Well, my car was completely destroyed. I don't know people here just one person. So I called him. He said he would pick up my packages and mail. So I called Mail and More. The owner answered, I told her I had a friend coming to pick up my packages and mail because my car was destroyed from the flash flood a couple weeks ago. She told me no! "If you want your mail and packages you have to pick them up ". Are you kidding me????? I said I can't get there. She said I don't care, after the last time you were in here and were ridiculous. I said when I was crying because of my dogs???? I said again I can't get there, she said to bad. I then said ok good bye. I called my friend he came and got me. When I got to the store she and her husband were ready for me. He handed me a sheet of paper stating I had until October 1 than I was no longer eligible to do business with them. Fine! But the owner had to come at me! First she says, You're 66 years old and you have to have your father pay your bills! That was said by her several times. Then she took a large box of mine that was standing upright and threw is down to its side. I haven't been there for several weeks so there were a lot of packages. The entire time my friend and I were loading up the packages she and her husband were complaining about me. By the time I was done she told me never to come back to the store. I ask about my mail. She said to bad. She said I can't even come in to get my mail. Yes, I can't have my mail. So, my niece is an attorney and they can't hold my mail because I've paid until Oct. This is a federal violation and it's a felony. I would never let these people be in control of my property ever. I go back to yes, they are a business, but no they are not small town people.

Here's a harsh review that paints Mail N More and the owner in the worst light possible while…read morekeeping it professional and credible: Avoid Mail N More at All Costs - Horrible Customer Service! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently ordered a brand-new iPhone, and it arrived earlier than expected at Mail N More. Since I hadn't yet secured a PO box, I called the store that morning and politely asked if they could hold my package while I came down to pay for the box. What happened next was beyond outrageous. The person on the phone immediately started yelling at me, outright refusing to hold my package--even after I offered to pay for the PO box AND provide my debit card on the spot. His excuse? "You're not a customer." Really? I was literally offering to become a paying customer right then and there! Instead of providing even the slightest bit of assistance, he rudely shut me down and refused to work with me in any way. As a result, my package is now being sent back to the seller, and it'll take at least a month to get it back--IF they even resend it through FedEx or UPS since USPS refuses to deliver to homes in this area. All of this hassle could have been avoided with a little bit of basic human decency, but Mail N More apparently doesn't believe in that. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't imagine how badly they treat existing ones. Absolute nightmare of a business. Stay away!
