I had pay by a money by a trust fund. They did not accept the money order by law the money was…read morelegal tender as money. They gave notice that I had thirty days to move out without any lawful reason. I tried to reason by asking for the payment back and I never received it back. Joe mallozzi the reginal manager was not helpful and He kept telling me it was it was returned and it's was not. They sent a my letter back that I had sent them but not the money order. If they would have had said they lost the payment then could have understand but they lied to me and now it become a legal matter in small claims court. All I wanted was my payment back.

Yesterday late afternoon…read morealmost 5:00 I called and to my surprise the phone was answered and it was a lady by the name of Dana. She listened to what my needs were and asked me to text her pictures if I could, I could and I did. She texted me and said she received them and she would get back to me with a price to do the job. maybe an hour later she said she had the quote and if I wanted to go with her quote she had time available late the next day or the following day. Dana said he husband Wes was going to finish another job and he would be at my house between 12 and 2 to remove my stuff. That was easy I thought to myself. The next day Dana texted me and let me know Wes looked like he was going to finish the other job on time and then come to me. She said with drive time it would be close to 3:00 when Wes would arrive. I live in a secured community so I kept an ear open so I could let him in. Someone else opened the gate for him so I thought I'd look out the window to check and see if he was at the gate and to my surprise he was parked right in front of my garage ready to go to work. Wes introduced himself, we went into the garage and he went to work removing the 2 items he came to get. 5 minutes later I was paying hime for a job well done. Wes,Dana thank you so much for your professionalism. You ought to train others on how to run a successful small business. If the 2 of you run that tight on a daily basis, you do need to write a book or have seminars. Awful. Just...awful…read more I had a suit coat that hadn't been worn in a while and so needed a little extra attention. The owner said she would charge me double and it would take TWO FULL WEEKS. Didn't help me with church on Sunday. The coat I usually take there is mysteriously losing sleeve buttons. They've started ironing sport coat lapels wrong. They won't do business with you except through a credit card that's kept on file. I would never trust their security, so I keep a reloadable Visa debit card just for this. Their entire appr seems to be to keep you from coming back. Ever. This place CAN'T be the last surviving dry cleaners in Kingman...can it?

Man was so rude & pushy. Would not let me ask any questions. Just kept interrupting me, even after I explained that I just got out of the hospital and my mind was a bit foggy. He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. I will forever share my experience and refer people to anywhere but there! I went to the place I used to go before and it turned out I JUST HAD TO CHANGE MY GOOGLE PASSWORD! No charge!
