I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. Every piece has come back fitting beautifully. Lisa is thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything fits just right, and the pricing is very reasonable. I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.
