The machines are in great condition and the prices are very reasonable considering how clean staff keeps the machines and facility including the bathrooms. I was harassed as soon as she saw me and I respond SERVICE Dog. Never said emotional support. I was never asked to show her tags, both for rabies and Mohave county. The owner is a crook. I used their laundry service. I had a good amount of laundry. On my paper they just put $64. They didn't put how many pounds I have and how much it is per pound. I didn't make a big deal out of it. I took my paper and left. I was thinking "damn that's expensive" but was just grateful I get my laundry done and don't have to wait around. Our dryer broke here at home. When I went to get my stuff, the worker told me that the owner changed my price to it was about $105. I had a mattress protector that sh identified as a mattress topper and charged me extra for that and also extra for a blanket. When everything is supposed to be by weight. First, as a business owner, she should honored the price I was given and have told her employee that for next time to charge a certain amount for blankets. Second, She is a crook because she knows that's not a mattress topper it's a mattress protector. The employee was apologizing about the business owners actions. She knew it was not a mattress topper and she knew it wasn't ethical to change the price on me. Do not support a business that thinks it's ok to change the definition of a mattress protector. Do not support a business who thinks it's ok to switch the price after you have been given a price during drop off. That's horrible customer service. I know a thing or two regarding customer service as a retired business owner. If you're struggling making profits then you should focus on your customer service and switch your pricing because it's ridiculous. You can't make more money by being a crooked asshole. read more

Worst laundrymat ever! If I could give zero stars I would! 90 machines in this place and 49 don't work! Over half. Three foghts almost broke out over dryers while I was there. The woman who works here could care less. She said the owners live im California and don't care. Meanwhile, the lent traps are full and she could care less as well. 2.00 a load!!! For what? I came into to do laundry last Wednesday, I gave my son a $1.00 to use the coin machine for fun for him. As soon as he started to get change a dark haired woman came up and asked him if he was doing laundry, I walked up in the meantime. I started to tell her yes we are doing laundry, but this blondish grey haired woman came up and started harassing me telling me that we have to make sure we bring our laundry in 1st before we get change. Then I turned to say something to my son, and she says to me I wasn't talking to him I was talking to you! Oh my god seriously! Then as she walked away, she jutted out her chin at me in a threating way. I hear her when she is in her office say something to the other lady along the lines of " I don't give a shit what people think or something rude like that. I was so upset that I cannot recall exactly what was said. I come in her all the time the other 2 ladies that work here are so nice, her she was rude and nasty. If I can go anywhere else I will, and I will tell everyone that is she is there don't go. You can ask nicely about the laundry without being rude. They should get zero stars. read more

I want to give you guys an awesome review I was really impressed with the honesty you guys showed by leaving $40 cash in an envelope in the jeans pocket that was left in them when I dropped my laundry off to be washed. That goes a long way with me and I really appreciate it just want to let you guys know and I know it was done out of good faith because nobody even brought it up when I picked my clothes up I just saw it now two days later. Great Customer Service! However; the large washing machines are dysfunctional to the max! The machines are not dispersing the liquid detergents or the softeners! Dryers are limited the majority need repairs. Whomever the owner is should be notified or placed within the Washing Machines to have his/her brain placed on power wash! read more

Several of the machines were out of order, but they were clearly labeled, and the ones I used worked and did the job. Ladies running the place were attentive, place was clean and quiet, and there are ample tables and chairs to use while you wait. One of the better experiences I've had in a laundromat. read more

What a good laundry should be. I was in the coin-op laundry business for over 26 years in Nor Cal, and I'm glad I'm out. Replacement parts are almost non-existent, utility prices are thru the roof and wages just keep increasing (which isn't a bad thing), and rent!, that's another story. How can anyone rate this 4 stars?!? $3 a load for small washers with 26 minute washes. At least 1/2 of them say out of service. Dryers are $2.25 a load!! 45 minutes and my perm press is still damp!! If you can afford to do your laundry here regularly, you have way tooo much money to throw away!! Our washers /dryers at our rv place are out of order for the next few days and had to get some done. Those are $1 for both washing and drying in larger machines!! read more

Not a bad place, clean, plenty of machines and coin machine for quarters. They have big machines for comforters or futon covers and a good location. They sell soap here in a machine if you forget yours. They have seats for waiting too. Not a huge fan of the clientele but overall safe as an employee here all the time. Good place, you could do worse. I'd recommend. read more

The Bullhead city laundry was clean & someone was on duty when we were there, but it was pretty pricey. We travel all around the country in our rv & this was one of the most expensive ones we've encountered. Their smallest front loader was $4.75 & their top load machines had very shallow tubs. The dryers only give you 2 minutes per quarter, & you have to put in a $1.75 just to start them. Most laundromats we go to charge around $3.75 for the same size front loader, & most all dryers give you 4-5 minutes per quarter. About 1/2 of the front loaders & a whole row of top loaders, & about half the dryers were out of order. How can you run a business with half your equipment not functioning. read more

I was spending the month in BHC and needed to find a laundry mat. I was told by word of mouth that this was the best one. I came here on 2 occasions and never had issues finding washer/dryers. I came in today to use one of their large washing machines it's expensive but convenient because the machine is large and it's right behind my house it cost 10.00 a load but whatever. Well the place has new hours which is fine I get it, personally I don't get why they close in the middle of the hot day , laundromat should be open late especially when it's dark because it cools down,( common sense) anyway I arrived at 4:00 not realizing the new hours and I put my one item in the wash put in my detergent and as I'm doing that the lady that works there is starting a load with some other lady and yells to her friend how the H did she sneak by me, loud so everyone looks at me as if I did something horrible, they start ranting she needs to leave she can't start her load we are closed. Well if I can read correctly the new summer hours are till 6pm not 4 pm. So most of my quarters were already in the machine and I realized I needed 4 more but the bills in my pocket were wet from sweating and their machine would not take any of them, so I approached the mean red headed woman and kindly asked her for a dry bil or 4 quarters, once again she freaks out on me and I said man my money is already in the machine I need 4 more my money is wet she said " are you stupid? There's a quarter machine right around the corner" I calmly replied I understand but, and she forcefully grabbed my money and went and got me a dry bill. She acted as if I was asking her to do something illegal or something. There are 15 people in here right now, my load is already on spin cycle and I will be the first of all the people in here to leave. Im a rule follower and a business owner, and im shocked at how I was treated. I will never use this laundry again and will make sure all my clients and friends know the way they discriminate and treat people. read more

Good people and Soft water Standard washers $2.50 per load Larger washers $3-4.50 Double load washers $4.50-6 Standard dryers $1.75 per cycle Industrial dryers -start $1.00 They also have a drop off service but I do not know the prices. There are not many good options for laundry in this are but homestyle Homestyle is the best. POSSIBLY THE ONLY SOFT WATER LAUNDRY IN THE AREA. It makes a HUGE difference because the bullhead water is so terrible. So use a little less soap than you normally would. We have been doing laundry here for about a year. They are pretty consistent. Never too crowded sometimes busier than others but never had to wait. Sometimes there are several machines down but that is mostly because people just don't know how to do laundry. So they overload machines and put them out of commission until they can be serviced. The attendants are not mechanics so they can only do so much. But They are always friendly and helpful. Bonus they are in the same strip Mall as the dollar tree and the Safeway so you can get some shopping done if you need. And when your finished the Black Bear is right next door so you can have a great meal. read more

This laundry has been in business for many years. It is located right behind the Black Bear Diner. It is under new management and is definitely the best that Bullhead City has to offer... Very clean facility, helpful staff, air conditioned!, and Wi-Fi. Even other patrons were helpful and courteous. There were a few machines that were out of service but they weren't busy so it didn't pose a problem. The large machines were 5.50 a load which seemed a tad steep, but I honestly don't know what the typical rates are. It's definitely nice to get all the blankets washed at once though.
