There used to be three people at the window, which was very good to keep things moving. The post office boxes. If you get boxes from Amazon or whatever, don't go in until 12:30. So at 12:30 the place is packed out the door people online and it's also lunch time. So there's only one person at the counter making it quite difficult and a long wait. This is very inconvenient, especially for people that are on their lunch hour as well. There also used to be someone in the little Booth. You know the on the side that would just take the yellow slips if there were people that just needed to pick something up and that doesn't happen anymore. I love the people that work there. They're very very efficient and wonderful, but one person at the counter at lunch time needs to be fixed.

I stopped in back in April and this time the old lady took my keys and said she "FRANK" will reach out to me in a few days to fix your lock? then she told me would have a locksmith fix the issue. well end of may and nothing yet?? i even stopped by Thursday may 22nd about 11:30 am to speak to her again. she saw me walking up and locked the door and said come back after lunch. the hours show lunch is at noon...not 11:30am the little old lady at the post office located at the mohave valley gas station. I've heard this 4 times and never heard from a "FRANK" yet. I have called the a total of 64 times in the last 5 months and the phone has never been answered. (I heard the old lady tell another lady "if you have an issues just call me on me cell". looks like it's pick and choose who you want to help out. well i'm done trying to work with them. Since then I have filed a complaint with the USPS postal service and written a certified letter to the postmaster. I am also speaking with an attorney as I recently found out this is Illegal and the old lady in the post office can be held accountable. I do have recordings of the "FRANK" conversations and video of her telling me closed for lunch 30 mins early. remember this is a govt office!!!

And you can mail packages here they've got all types of stationery and supplies I think that this business is only open during regular business hours but you could verify that glad they are only down the street from me this place is great and the people are very nice

I just moved from another place in Laughlin, and my new mailbox key would not work. I gave the info to the woman at the counter, and she asked me to wait a moment. She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic staff.

It is usually closed when I have been here got lucky once they were opened. Neat little building.
