I live in cimmaron lakes and since they added new mail boxes in the northeast section of the community and told me they would "transfer" my lock from my old box to the new box. well it's been 8 months now and I still don't have a working lock. I stopped in back in April and this time the old lady took my keys and said she "FRANK" will reach out to me in a few days to fix your lock? then she told me would have a locksmith fix the issue. well end of may and nothing yet?? i even stopped by Thursday may 22nd about 11:30 am to speak to her again. she saw me walking up and locked the door and said come back after lunch. the hours show lunch is at noon...not 11:30am the little old lady at the post office located at the mohave valley gas station. I've heard this 4 times and never heard from a "FRANK" yet. I have called the a total of 64 times in the last 5 months and the phone has never been answered. (I heard the old lady tell another lady "if you have an issues just call me on me cell". looks like it's pick and choose who you want to help out. well i'm done trying to work with them. Since then I have filed a complaint with the USPS postal service and written a certified letter to the postmaster. I am also speaking with an attorney as I recently found out this is Illegal and the old lady in the post office can be held accountable. I do have recordings of the "FRANK" conversations and video of her telling me closed for lunch 30 mins early. remember this is a govt office!!! read more

I would give five stars for the lady in the green dodge because she actually does her job and cares about customer service. If she is not delivering our packages, then we have issues. Last October an employee in a white ford escape dropped my packages over my fence onto the wet grass despite me being by the porch and my gate open. That complaint was handled quickly by management. Well yesterday i was supposed to receive a package and the lazy person is the white suburban decided to drive up and down our street then left and put the tracking info in as attempted to deliver. All they attempted was being lazy and it worked. I also did not put a request in for my package to be held at the post office. I'm literally always home and am home when a package is expected so why would i request that? Last night the 800 number usps employee put information in saying my package needs to be attempted again for delivery. My informed delivery app updated for my regular mail and still shows my package being held at the post office. I plan on offering to teach this lazy employee on how to walk up to my porch.. I will file complaints against the lazy employee who doesn't seem to have any business delivering mail. To the lady in the green dodge: you deserve 5 stars because you care about doing your job. read more

When we first got to the area (we have a vacation home in MV) we couldn't figure out how to get a mailbox for our new home which is inside a gated community and the boxes are clustered just outside the main gate. We went to fill out the request at the Bullhead office but were able to make arrangements to pick up the actual box keys at the MV location. Carol was great and made the process fast and easy. She runs this little PO on her own and she is always so friendly and helpful and knows all the customers by name. I don't mind going to the PO here at all!! read more

I know there are BUDGET CUTS in the Postal Service --and, unfortunately, the Postal Service Employees on the front line are receiving the brunt of the unsatisfied customers----However, I must proclaim that our "Carol" is doing a GREAT job in the Mohave Valley Post Office. She goes out of her way to make sure she gives satisfaction to the customer. It is too bad that more Postal Employees in the "Higher Level-Decision Making" positions are not as compassionate as our "CAROL"!!!!! read more

Beware postal worker doesn't even bother going to your house. I get a text delivery notice that a valuable item was delivered to "Individual" and said that I signed it with my name as the signer! I've been home waiting all day and no one came. There's a reason that the extra fee was paid to have me sign it. Not to have the postal worker forge my signature then toss it in a box.
