So I have 41 boxes to ship and I USED this place because i was trying to help small business but…read moreafter today F them... went in sat the 12 lb box on the scale. The guy in the picture started by saying the system is looking.. ok, then he starts with welll there several options with UPS several options with fedx. And there is 3 options with the postoiffice... I said I wanted to ship this box.. ( ididn't say express two day or anything else.) I Said I just need a price to ship, He got pissy threw his hands up in the air and started to walk off running his mouth.. I again said. All I need is a price to ship. Him and I guess his boyfriend turned and walked off. I said I've got 40 more of the same boxes they just waved their hands and walked off.... Guess what I TOLD A LADY at the other ship store and she told me to use PIRATE SHIP, it will save me a ton of money.. this first shipment will save me 9 dollars a box! I JUST SAVED 369 DOLLARS!I almost got hosed AGAIN at this place because his prices are always higher then me JUST walking INTO the post office.. Plus i will never go to this fools restaurant EITHER IF its even opened . YOU cant be ignorant with people especially in a small town.. These people are IGNORANT! I was greeted promptly and asked to take a seat as everyone was busy helping others. I was waiting a maximum of 5 minutes before they called me up. Between the time I walked through their door to walking out of them, maybe 15 minutes had lapsed and much of that time was due to just chit chatting while they worked. The cost for the notary service was extremely reasonable. I found out they do a bunch of services, including trusts. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

I stopped in back in April and this time the old lady took my keys and said she "FRANK" will reach out to me in a few days to fix your lock? then she told me would have a locksmith fix the issue. well end of may and nothing yet?? i even stopped by Thursday may 22nd about 11:30 am to speak to her again. she saw me walking up and locked the door and said come back after lunch. the hours show lunch is at noon...not 11:30am the little old lady at the post office located at the mohave valley gas station. I've heard this 4 times and never heard from a "FRANK" yet. I have called the a total of 64 times in the last 5 months and the phone has never been answered. (I heard the old lady tell another lady "if you have an issues just call me on me cell". looks like it's pick and choose who you want to help out. well i'm done trying to work with them. Since then I have filed a complaint with the USPS postal service and written a certified letter to the postmaster. I am also speaking with an attorney as I recently found out this is Illegal and the old lady in the post office can be held accountable. I do have recordings of the "FRANK" conversations and video of her telling me closed for lunch 30 mins early. remember this is a govt office!!!
