She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and so friendly and professional every time we saw her. We highly recommend River Toys Boat & RV Storage!

The staff has been responsive to our requests to have our boat ready for pick up or drop off and always on time. We appreciate the friendly welcome and quick text confirmation of our requests from Destiny the past few years. The few times I have needed additional service the facility has been helpful in the coordination. The location is also great for a quick on/off the I-40.

We have been storing our boat at Billy B's Boat storage for the last couple of years and can't say…read moreenough how happy we are that we chose them for our boat storage. The storage facility is very secure, easy access for us to get the boat, they always pull it out for us within a days notice and put it away once we return the boat. When I know we're coming out to use the boat I give them a heads up and they charge the battery for me if needed and just recently I called to have the boat pulled out and they notified me right away that one of my tires had gone flat. they went out of their way to pull the tire off then go out and get a new tire and had it installed. It was ready for us to use when we got there. I am writing this review as a thank you but more importantly for people like me that don't live in the area that want to store their boat so you don't have to pull it across the hot desert throughout the summer. You should know that there's no better place in the Mojave Valley to store your boat. Thanks again Billy B's

They auctioned my storage unit! I was 72 days late because I had my payment on auto draft, and for…read moresome reason my payment didn't go through. Well I get lots of robot calls and I wasn't notified until the day they sold all of my belongings that my unit auctioned that day. I tried to call with the payment but they said I was too late. There were things in that unit that were very sentimental to me but not worth much money except a few things. Maybe lost a few thousand dollars for a 150 dollar or whatever chicken shit payment I owed. Whomever won the sale left off with my father's will I had in an ammo box, all my martial arts uniforms and my black belt. i'm guessing they will use for a costume because they didn't earn it. Or even worse they just threw it all away. I asked to get any of my personal items out of there and I was told that I only have 30 days to claim my property but they wouldn't contact the person so i could at least get my father's will from them which is useless to them but I need. Whatever you do go somewhere else, or if you do have to use this place, do not trust them. I wish there was something I could do other than write this review because it should be illegal to sell someone else's belongings not even 3 months behind rent for a pos storage unit. I hope these evil. low down, scandalous, greedy bastards rot in hell with all their money! Other than that a fine establishment! NOT!
