The storage facility is very secure, easy access for us to get the boat, they always pull it out for us within a days notice and put it away once we return the boat. When I know we're coming out to use the boat I give them a heads up and they charge the battery for me if needed and just recently I called to have the boat pulled out and they notified me right away that one of my tires had gone flat. they went out of their way to pull the tire off then go out and get a new tire and had it installed. It was ready for us to use when we got there. I am writing this review as a thank you but more importantly for people like me that don't live in the area that want to store their boat so you don't have to pull it across the hot desert throughout the summer. If someone is there they always let us inside to use nice bathrooms and get some water. The customer service is perfect. Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to keep us taken care of. You can also reach them by text if needed even when closed which normally doesn't happen with most companies. I highly recommend.

Well I get lots of robot calls and I wasn't notified until the day they sold all of my belongings that my unit auctioned that day. I tried to call with the payment but they said I was too late. There were things in that unit that were very sentimental to me but not worth much money except a few things. Maybe lost a few thousand dollars for a 150 dollar or whatever chicken shit payment I owed. Whomever won the sale left off with my father's will I had in an ammo box, all my martial arts uniforms and my black belt. i'm guessing they will use for a costume because they didn't earn it. Or even worse they just threw it all away. I asked to get any of my personal items out of there and I was told that I only have 30 days to claim my property but they wouldn't contact the person so i could at least get my father's will from them which is useless to them but I need. Whatever you do go somewhere else, or if you do have to use this place, do not trust them. I wish there was something I could do other than write this review because it should be illegal to sell someone else's belongings not even 3 months behind rent for a pos storage unit.
