I really actually loved this place 3 years ago when my husband and I bought our Daytona. In the past 3 years they have raised their prices 3 times. There have been several times in the past 3 years that my boat has magically appeared to have scuffs, scratches and or dings. Mind you this storage is not self serve hence the name "VIP" where they promise excellent customer service including putting your boat away and pulling it out. This storage is $$$ and you don't receive the benefits from it all. On 8/08/2022 we received an email of a break down of the price increase per footage. My boat is 28' meaning there would be an increase of $110 bringing her up to a nice $490/month. We like to call this price gauging. There is minimal storage availability in Havasu, not impossible to find though. So we found another storage unit that offers the same "VIP" experience for a fraction of the price. We specifically told the snotty brat at the front that we would be removing our boat from their location come the beginning of the month. My account was charged on 8/3/2022 for the month of August. Meaning I had till 09/03/2022 to remove my boat. Which is today the day I removed my boat. On 08/23/2022 we received a formal notice stating our new price of $490/month. On this notice it also states it's a 30 day notice before the new pricing starts. So essentially I have until 09/23/2022 until the new price should reflect. We responded back to this email to break down when the new price would go into effect. No response of course. Why you ask? Because the owner and his staff are thieves. If you read previous reviews you will see I am not the only customer they stole from. There have been multiple people. My account was charged on 09/01/2022 which I have reported as fraud since they were perfectly aware I would be removing my boat from their VIP experience. On 09/03/2022 I picked up my boat and took her to a new storage. We left a message to remind them we removed our boat. The owner gave us a call and told us he would not be refunding us the month of September in which he wrongfully charged my account for. What an honest kind business he's running here. There are a lot of new storages opening up in the area. Hopefully every customer from this dump soon realizes they should go elsewhere. I heard from a current employee that the reason they are over charging people is because they over booked their space. This employee claims they are trying to see who will pay up and stay and who will leave so they can replace them with the boats they have no room for. This is supposed to be an indoor climate controlled storage. A lot of boats are being stored outside. I'm not talking janky boats I'm talking brand new DCB and MTI boats. I'm sure the owners of those boats would love to know their half a million dollar toys are sitting out in hot ass sun. Store your boat else where or you will be paying for a VIP experience of theft, boat scratching and outdoor storage.

I was finally able to get a spot at Havasu Superior storage thanks to Arly and she was great to deal with. She saved me a boat storage space and another inside space for my furniture until I could get up to Havasu to move everything. Thanks Arly!
