We use this location as an Amazon pickup for packages and to get medicine. Recently over the past couple months, we've had nothing but issues with getting packages. Everything was fine before. But then, Joan showed up. I have never met an individual more out of alignment for a position in customer service like Joan. With her flannel shirt and angry face, she finds a way to mess up package check-ins and checkouts like a professional menace. Kindness and professionalism escapes her faculties as she barks and snipes at processes, equipment, and yes, customers. Have a package arriving? Think again. Most likely it'll get refused by Joan and sent back to Amazon with no explanation. Ever since we mentioned the front team had significant delays at the front counter in releasing our packages to us due to scanners and staff, none of our packages have been delivered there and we have had to find and alternative drop point. With Joan around, you can be sure that your day will be dimmed, your time wasted, and faith in humanity crushed. Joan has to go, and she can take her flannel shirt with her. CVS, your customers deserve better. Hire anyone else. read more

I wish I could give this location a higher star rating but it's because of some of their employees, I can't. 4 employees out of all are friendly and helpful; Vicky, Patricia, the woman with the straight blonde hair w/colorful glasses and nails, and the woman with long, straight black hair. Those ladies are awesome! Always so happy to be helping others feel better. The other employees, not so much. The worse employee is the heavy set, older white lady. She has long grey/blonde hair. Light colored eyes. She never smiles, and seems like she hates her job and helping people. Also, their cleanliness isn't the greatest. I've seen employees cough into their hands, or touch their nose, then continue typing on the computer, or grabbing medications. read more

No wonder CVS is going out of business. As another customer and I waited in line 4 employees stood around gossiping and another was walking through with a plate of food offering it to the them as they worked. Finger food which meant the pharmacist and techs were spreading germs from their hands and mouths to everything they touched. They also require customers to go back and forth from drop off to pick up and back again delaying them endlessly. Poorest organized pharmacy and worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs. They enjoy making you wait for no reason and then they are super rude when you ask why their process makes no sense. read more

Worst pharmacy on the planet! My husband had surgery, when I went to get his medications and all they had to say was, we have a question waiting for the doctor. So I asked for a call or something and all they said was, just call us later. Now after calling every hour and a half, no answers and the most rude people EVER! they do NOTHING to help just sarcastically rude reactions. I don't believe they have anyone to help people on the phone and for an elderly couple that can't drive anymore and need to get a ride but can't get an answer to a question before they have to come down there is unacceptable! This is the worst service ever. Biggest mistake made signing up with them for 2020 prescription coverage. The prices are AWFUL. Pay more for 3 day prescriptions then whatever paid for 90 day prescriptions last year. Can't afford their 90 day refills. I've been on hold 30minutes and still on hold. I would actually give 0 stars if possible. Rude, unhelpful. Waited over 15 minutes on hold to check prescription status only to walk into the store while still on hold with the music and recording for CVS Ft Mojave playing in the background for the representative to tell me "there's no calls waiting." Waiting in one line only to be told "oh you have to go to the other line. if we haven't processed your prescription yet because if it's faxed by the doctor's office it's waiting over in the drop off area for further information." I have to say, I am surprised that the CVS Company would allow such a rude Pharmacy Assistant to work with the public. This woman was not only more than rude, but she was also unknowledgeable about the products information and could not help us as to what was in stock in their store. I like CVS pharmacy, they are very nice and always ask if there is anything I need. I get prescriptions for my parents, not always, but when I do they are spot on. I can understand why they get behind, all the snow birds are back in town. Ha Ha!! read more

Was nearly out of my Blood Pressure Meds and called them, on hold 12 min before a person answered, to get refill, they needed to contact Doc for approval. Called back three days later to check, on hold 10 min this time, approval had not been received. Called Doc office they said they had not been contacted. Called CVS again, 14 min on hold, found out that they had wrong Doc phone number, gave them the correct one, including the Doc's FAX number, BUT they said they would have to wait for the "SYSTEM" to do something before they could enter the new info, but not to worry they would take care of it. 4 days later late afternoon, now I have only one day of meds left, called, 10 min on hold. still the "SYSTEM" would not let them do anything, hung up. Called Doc office next morning the office said they would call CVS in Fort Mohave and give me a years worth of refills, It's now 9:30am. Went to CVS, about 2pm, to get my meds and waited in line, meds not ready and they still were waiting for Doc approval. While standing there called Doc office and they said they had called CVE at 9:45am and talked to Cassy, I believe. Told the person at CVS and they ran around looking in "several" different piles of papers with no luck, then asked the pharmacist and she handed a paper to the gal and I had to wait for the prescription to be filled. 20 min later, and now having spent over an hour at CVS left the store with my prescription. Now I am receiving text messages every few minutes from CVS telling me my meds are ready for pickup. WHAT a Great system CVS has. Think I will try someone else when the refill is needed. read more

The absolute WORST! Understaffed, rude and incompetent employees. I witnessed the store manager publicly berate an elderly couple and yell at them, for an incident that was not at all their fault or responsibility. It was shameful and all the customers witnessing it were horrified! It bordered on elder abuse. If that is how a store manager treats the customers, what can you expect from the employees? She should be fired! They are unbelievably slow in filling prescriptions. The doctor had called in medication 5 days before a planned procedure. They didn't have the meds ready until the day AFTER the procedure! They didn't apologize, offer any reasoning, or notifiy us they wouldn't be ready. Don't waste your time going here, take your business elsewhere. Awful! read more

Always friendly and willing to show you where something is located in the store. The pharmacy is very prompt and helpful.

Been trying to get the anti shingles shot for months. When they did have it on a weekend when we were supposed to show up to get the shot, there wasn't "qualified personnel " onsite to administer the shot. That would've been nice to know Before we drove down to get the shot. read more

They have a dive-thru that is open till 10 pm on weekdays and it is great that you do not have to get out of the car. They also have a phone call when your prescriptions are ready when you just drop them off. EXCELLENT. read more

First and last time doing business with this pharmacy!!! Staff was rude, not helpful and incompetent. Dropped off medication prescriptions needed after spending all afternoon in ER. Was told by pharmacy staff to wait 15 minutes to fill. Waited 30 minutes and medications were not ready. Left and came back 2 hours later and waited an additional 30 minutes and did not receive all of the medications prescribed. When I asked why, I was told CVS had filled all of the prescriptions. After arguing with CVS staff advising them that I did not receive all of the medications, I was told they didn't have the last prescription in stock and would have it ready the following day. Went back following day (third time) and told medication was not in stock and my dr would need to send another prescription for the out of stock item to a different pharmacy? Said they could not return prescription since it was a cold medicine??? This is after waiting another 30 mins on the phone! Over 90 mins wasted at this pharmacy and still don't have all of the medications. Now driving back again to p/u "not in stock" prescription that staff refused to originally return to me, as well as refused to tell me which CVS has the cold medication in stock!!! The WORST pharmacy ever! ONE STAR ONLY SO THIS WILL SHOW!! My doctor faxed my mediation in at 3 PM. I went to check on my medications around 3:30 PM. They told me they would be ready by 6:00PM. I live in Mohave Valley, it's about a 20 mile trip. I've spent 2 hours on the phone WITHOUT anybody at CVS picking up the phone before I drove up the 20 miles. Obviously, all employees employed at CVS refused to answer the phone. I ended up driving the 20 miles without confirmation that my medication was ready. When I arrived at the store no customers were there and I was in line at the drive-in for at least 20 minutes until Dianne decided to ask what I needed (ON HER TIME)! They did not have my steroid or eye drops in stock! They obviously refused to tell me that they did not have my two prescriptions in stock (at 3:30 PM when I went to check) and refused to answer calls. Save your time and energy, use a different pharmacy. A pharmacy that actually cares about your health. Not some company that only cares about money!! I also asked what else can I do to get these eye drops, or transferred to a different pharmacy. She told me she was unable to help and that I would have to consult with my doctor in the morning.
