After a few months the battery stopped working so I brought it back to get it replaced. The warranty on ALL ever-start batteries carries a 3 year warranty no receipt required. I go to this Wal-Mart and they affirm that I broght the battery in earlier but then refused to replace the battery as the "sticker" fell off. The battery has an imprint of the manufacture date of 12/2023 so way under 3 years if I even bought the battery the day it was made. Still they refused to replace the battery even though it is clearly under 3 years old. I am VERY DISSPOINTED in this Wal Mart and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EVER-START BATTERY EVER AGAIN. I feel lied to and cheated by this company. The man "Jose" was very, very, very rude and so was most all of their staff......I have no respect for Wal-Mart ever again. NEVER buy a Car Battery at Wal Mart. I wonder why you get so much theft; now I know.....I will be filing with your corporate HQ. P.S. The woman in photo is one of the liars at Wal Mart.

Everything is always great with this business from employees to the Pharmacist!…read moreHighly recommend!

I was sick, too sick to review my bill until the next day. Turns out that three of the four…read moremedications that my doctor ordered were not covered by my insurance. I found them all online--and cheaper--but this community pharmacy did not mention that to me. Adding insult to injury, the promise of "free daily delivery" suggests a prompt response to your medical needs. Yes, daily, but not TODAY. Tomorrow. "Our delivery person leaves at 9 AM." Ethical advertising would read, "free next day delivery." I looked online at their website, another polished corporate website with an sophisticated app. Not the community-based "mom and pop shop" they suggest. And there was not one name, not one human being, to contact with concerns. Sure I can call them directly and talk to the seriously naïve pharmacist. He is nice enough, but apparently he's following corporate policy by passing off non-prescription drugs as prescriptions, neglecting to notify patients that the drugs are not covered by insurance, and making promise that he cannot deliver on. I didn't need that $60 bill. But I'm stuck with it. This community needs to wake up! Many corporations are moving in and posing as caring and community-oriented when they are just making buck wherever they can. At least CVS and Wal-Greens call themselves what they are: for-profit corporations, not the hometown pharmacy that cares about you. From their website: Riverside Pharmacy is a locally-owned independent pharmacy, proudly serving Bullhead City, AZ and the surrounding communities. Our expertly trained pharmacists have over 15 years of experience in the Bullhead City area, and our friendly staff members pride themselves on making sure your pharmacy experience exceeds expectations. We are your partners in healthcare. Visit us today and let us take care of you! I am very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! The pharmacist, an Indian woman whose name begins with a B. Why didn't I…read moreget it? She ripped her name tag off when I asked her name. Who does that? Um when you're rude and don't want people to know who you are. First, we were there at 125. At 1:30 she came out and told us that they were on lunch. I asked what time? She said 130. I said we've been here since 125. Needless to say, I just went downhill from there. She couldn't figure out how to use my state issued ID card, which is federal. She said because there's no expiration date on my ID card she couldn't use it. My husband had to explain to her that there is no expiration date on an Arizona ID card. So then I had to pull out my drivers license. Which is California. Any help by the time she was done entering all the information that's required to buy Sudafed, of all things. Our receipt shows a timestamp of 132. So if you wanna talk about semantics, we were definitely there before 130 by the time she was done arguing with us entering all the information for the Sudafed not being able to figure out how to use a federal ID. I'm sure it was more than two minutes. She also informed us that we were cutting into her lunch hour that she was only allowed so much time. Pretty sure they went early, which is fine if there was a sign or something that said that they were out to lunch. But if you're going to argue, especially over minutes , you should have proof. And I have to say the ripping off of the name tag off of her shirt. That's a winner.

I came to Walmart on Halloween night expecting to get through checkout quickly, but my experience…read moreat self-checkout was frustrating. When I arrived, I was trying to find an open lane, but both the male and female employees assigned to oversee self-checkout were looking down at their cell phones instead of paying attention to customers or offering assistance. Since no one helped direct me to an available lane, I went to one only to find that it was full, forcing me to maneuver my cart around to the other side of the self-checkout area. What made the experience worse was that, once my girlfriend and I finally found an available lane, the employees put their phones away and began repeatedly walking circles around us. The contrast between their lack of attention when I needed assistance and their sudden attentiveness once we began checking out made us feel uncomfortable, as though we were being suspected of stealing. I understand that monitoring self-checkout is part of their job, but employees should be attentive when customers need help and professional in how they monitor shoppers. Customers should not have to struggle to find an open lane while employees are distracted on their phones, only to feel scrutinized once they begin checking out. I hope management addresses this behavior and reinforces the importance of customer service and treating all shoppers with respect.
