This last episode did it for me! I am asking for a script and asking questions about the script, and asked her to print the instructions for the medication (please,) and she would not do it nor did I get the medication. This has been going on for years, and enough is enough. If they don't get their act together, they will lose a lot of business, if they haven't already. And the corporate people, do you really read these reviews? The money will run dry if you don't take action based on what you are reading. Do not use this store for your UPS drop offs! They do not know what they are doing there. Sat on…read moremy packages for almost a week and then management was extremely rude to me after I asked them to search the store to look for them since tracking showed they never left the store. Low and behold they were put in the customer pick up spot! This was after a long and tortuous explaining over and over to them to look around, refusing to believe they could be the issue with the packages and three people looking at the going out pile only. Who knows how long they would have sat there if I hadn't begged them look for them. Managers only response was that she would ask the UPS driver to locate them! No apology whatsoever actually told me I was rude for not being happy about them finding them! You would think they would be required to handle the packages properly. I will never again shop at a store where management does not care that something as serious as careless package handling is no big deal.
