So I went to Tim Horton's instead. They were fully stocked! In general I like Tim Horton's for a chain (I have local faves that rank a bit higher) and the offerings at this location certainly held their own. I got a mixed dozen to split with my family. A nice variety of plain, glazed, a few cake, a few yeast, some cream filled, etc and every one we've had so far has been fresh and tasty. My only complaint is I requested three plain yeast glazed and I got three plain cake glazed. The yeasted glaze is my favorite so it was a bit bummed but admittedly I also wasn't paying super close attention as she was loading up the box so I'm partially at fault for not clarifying in the moment. She was really nice and got everything else perfect so I think it was just a bit of miscommunication. I had never been inside this location before and it was clean and well kept. Parking was easy and the location can either be easy or a pain depending on which way you're going at the Michigan/Canton Center intersection. For me, it was quite easy coming right off Canton Center. Overall a solid option for donuts!

This specific time, I asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter. The cashier completely forgot the butter and instead of making a new bagel, I was given a frozen container of butter and a plastic fork to put on myself. I understand that they could not bring the food back in, but I was running late and this would be food that I would unfortunately need to eat on the way to my destination. They do not pay attention to your order and the person who screwed it up himself was not apologetic at all. Other occurrences have included putting cream cheese on my bagels, forgetting to mention they are out of a certain item, giving me hot chocolate instead of my order coffee, and giving me the completely wrong bagel. Management needs to be more aware and make sure employees pay attention to the orders given, especially when it's a slow morning where there's not a bunch of orders coming at the same time.
