My work makes me go everywhere, but when i am in belleville i always come to this biggby coffee to get a redbull mocktail, they are always on top and always so nice no matter what. The consistency is amazing. they always make it right and it never disappoints, i have tried other biggby and the inconsistency is insane. It's never as good as this one. I love all the beautiful amazing girls in there (i am a girl writing this) they are always so sweet. If i need a pick me up i come here. They always have a smile. My go to place for tea. They carry Harney and Sons hot cinnamon which is the best! I just wish this place were a smudge closer as I mostly get this only on weekends when I'm doing errands. Friendly in both drive through and inside. They give me the biggest tea and always done perfectly. Never weak or tepid. Thankfully with a cup sleeve so I don't burn my damn hands. The staff is smiley and always seems to be in happy comraderie. They also are appreciative of tipping which is nice. My husband has gotten coffee with me and hot chocolate on one occasion and says its good. Now that he drinks it pretty much black with a mere splash of cream that says something. I will never do that. Try it. It's local and reliable. A must if you like good tea read more

I visited the Biggby on Michigan in Canton this past Tuesday. I ordered two drinks and one sandwich. I had 11 points and knew one of my drinks would get me to 12 points, which I would save for later. I get to the window. I paid the full amount, and then the girl asked me if I wanted to use my free drink, I said NO. She had already applied my free drink. Why ask after the fact? Then she claimed that she didn't. I'm looking at the app and it's showing me that my points were gone. And then she stated that it would show up later. I paid in full and lost my free drink. This is the second time this has happened at Biggby. (The other location was on Ford Rd in Westland). My advice to Biggby....train the people correctly or stop hiring Idiots. Staff is friendly at times. I have had some less than ideal interactions here. Food and drinks are good and consistent here. Sometimes they run out of ingredients, I'm assuming to the size of the building. It is small here and easy to miss. The drive thru line often overlaps the parking lot so it's best not to find in or pick up during peak hours. read more

I'm not sure if coffee places have overproduced of late because my former locations are no more. I was thrilled to find this large, friendly Biggby as their billboard for butterscotch coffee drinks was tempting me. The inside of this location is large and well-appointed for a small group. The staff was super friendly and worked well together, which was particularly helpful when going through the drive up window. This is an easy in and out location, or good to wile away some time with a book or project. Check it out for great coffee and service. read more

Their staff is always really friendly, but they really need to do something about the speed of their drive thru. A coffee and bagel with three cars in front of me shouldn't take 30 minutes. I ruined my morning here today, so maybe try Starbucks instead. read more

The coffee is good, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and sunny, so why wouldn't I like this place? Well, for the first several months after it opened, the restrooms were out of order. I went several times and the employees had blocked the hallway to the restrooms with a large trash can. I finally asked about it, and was told that the pipe between the building and the municipal sewer outside was configured such that it got blocked easily. The building owner and the tenant (Biggby) didn't agree on whose responsibility it was to fix this problem, so it remained an issue for months. I just called and the young woman who answered assured me that the restrooms were functioning, but they were only available for customers. Apparently she started working there since the problem was fixed. Once I am convinced that this problem has been completely solved, I will update my review. read more

I love biggby coffee but this location is the worst. They let the shots die so my coffee tastes like butt. And I went back and asked the cashier Michelle if she would tell the barista to not let the shot die. She was like "die? Huh? What?" Didn't even know what I was talking about. And then I ordered a muffin too and then she forgot my drink order within a minute. I was like are you serious right now? And then I got my coffee and she forgot to give me my muffin! It's not hard to be a barista. I was one in high school. An espresso shot dies after 5 seconds and then it tastes like shit if it's not mixed with something within that 5 seconds. The employees are nice but the store itself is bad. There are bugs everywhere, dead flies on the window sills, there are fruit flies all around the counter. It makes me worried, why would there be so many bugs if it was a clean space? There's a few people that are rude in the morning, I've stopped getting my coffee before work, but I usually try to grab one on the way home if I want it. Drinks are fine but so overpriced. The staff are great, always super friendly and quick with their service. It's clean and bright with lots of natural light. My only complaint is that the restroom has been out of order for weeks now! It was easily a month ago when I last stopped in for a coffee and a potty break to find their bathroom out of order and it was still out of order today! BIGGBY has really good coffee but I wouldn't consider it high end and if I'm paying higher coffee prices I'd rather just go to Starbucks. I ordered a small iced latte which was almost $5 so from now on I've been going to Starbucks and getting a large one for the same price. read more

I've been to this shop twice now to work on my laptop and both times the employees have showed me the pinnacle of good service. They're fun and welcoming and even the manager seems like a pretty nice guy. They all seem to be happy to be there and they pass the happiness on to the customers. I'll definitely be back. read more

This isn't my favorite Biggby location but they do a pretty good job. I like that they have a drive thru which is the only reason I really ever go to this one, otherwise I go to the walk in one by my house. The one main thing I have to say is that there is a difference between friendly and being fake and unfortunately the fake vibe is what comes off a lot these employees "friendliness". But if that's my only complaint then I'm not going to stop going here. read more

I've been in the drive thru and walk in. The employees are always helpful and are amazing! They take the phone and printed coupons. Store is always clean (including bathrooms!) They always have fresh coffee, and they're quick to make your drink or coffee without a long wait. I definitely missed Biggby when I was living in Florida. Every time I come here the staff is unbelievably friendly! I always go in so I can chat with them. Even when they're slammed and they should be at the point of being overwhelmed, they still ask me how my day's going while they're multitasking.
