I went to this location because it is one of the few CVS that offer a PCR which I needed to return to work. I waited in the parking lot for the attendant to open what is equivalent to a phone booth. He handed me the zip lock with the test and tube opened his side but forgot the key for the patient side. He went back to retrieve the key. He gave me the wrong instructions on how to administer the test. I didn't realize it until I got a text message the next day saying they were unable to process my test and to call the number. I called and the idiot on the phone told me it will take up to 3 days to get results. I logged into my Minute Clinic account and it told me why the test was not done. Incompetence all the way around. This is disappointing because I've gotten PCRs at other CVS locations in the past but never had trouble. I wasted a full day dealing with these people and still don't have clearance to go back to work. read more

Vast improvements made! The self check out was an epic fail at this location.and that has been removed. The security guards are the real deal. It still needs more staff but overall a huge improvement and I can shop here again. Cashiers are all helpful. One even took the time to explain a sale item to me very thoroughly. read more

If I could give this place a 0 review I would. The coupon machine wasn't working properly and the sign said that I would get $2 off bucks from the machine (which didn't happen) then the associate Tyrique who tried to help said maybe if we purchase it the coupon would print out however that didn't happen. So we called manager Kirk and boy was he a waste of time. He was no help kept walking back and forth trying to prove me wrong and then said I have to wait for the machine to work. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS hence why the store looks a mess, the cashier is unhappy and there's no customers. Won't be back here read more

1 cashier had his mask on his chin. 2. i asked for a manager and when he came he has his mask under his nose. 3 I walked by the pharmacy, the woman taken the prescriptions had her mask on her chin. 4. It doesn't get worse than this. The woman had Pharmasist had her mask underneath her nose. She went to make a phone call and took her mask off letting it hang on her ear. Shame on her. read more

The staff is not friendly here!!! My girlfriend and I came here to purchase a few items to use our FSA/HSA CARD and all we got was some attitude. We had to wait a while to get help for the Tylenol which was locked in. No one was there to answer questions and help. The manager on duty seem to have an attitude when we got to the counter. No greeting no thank you please come back. After spending over $100 you would think you would get more of a gratitude less of an attitude. Literally only went here for a Covid test . No ones in the little minute clinic shed ish thing so I call in to tell them. Regular associate who picked up said the guy who comes out is in the pharmacy they'll transfer me over I can give my confirmation number & he'll bring out the kit . Didn't even get that far . The pharmacist picked up and gave me extreme attitude and said I had to wait and I'm like for what ? This location is the worst. There shelves are always empty. The line for the pharmacy always has a line. They are the worst. No matter what time of day it is always a least a half hour to hour wait. Like when will they get it that they need more staff. read more

This place gives me ANXIETY! Always a problem at the register, empty shelves and long lines. No one seems to know anything!!! There are items marked on sale which aren't when you go to pay. The pharmacy never has your prescription ready and tells you wait 10 minutes!! only they don't have a clock and it's always over 30 minutes. Glad I get most of my meds via E-delivery. Otherwise this is NOT my 1st choice. Also-- the hours are 8am-9pm (if they want to take the market for my insurance they need to STEP IT UP!!!) I prefer the 24 hours places. read more

I had to pick up my RX & waited on the line for 12 min. Finally, when it was my turn at the cashier, it was Ridiculous and they could not find my account information in the computer. I guess they aren't tech savvy. Anyway, they couldn't do the search and had me wait another 16 min to find the error. They didn't put in the correct info. Today is a classic moment, I noticed their are no cashiers, just those machine do it yourself scanners. Is the surplus messed up, that they laid off a few workers?Furthermore, the shelves are empty and I don't see it being stocked anytime soon. The aisles are a mess, dog food is in 2 lanes. canned goods like soup in 3 different locations! That don't make any sense! When I told this to the manager he smiled and said "ok". Dude do not smile at me, do your job, and fix your mess. As a lesson, I will try to avoid this CVS. Why? They never ring up the items correctly. Long lines as the staff tries to scan and can not get it right. You need the card to scan items for points and when you want to scan them for a price check, it is usually broken. The pharmacy is located in the back and have long lines because once again, they rather talk among themselves than fill your order. I guess it's a club at this CVS, where my drink at? I do not usually have issues with CVS, they usually seem to understand not to annoy the customers. However this branch is the worst. After receiving an email coupon earlier this week, I tried to use it for a discount on some personal items. When the coupon didn't scan I requested to speak to the manager. This person Jessica barked that if it did not scan, she couldn't override. Since when are razors and shampoo not for personal use? Anyway there was no courtesy or discussion so I just left $50 worth of merchandise on the counter and walked out. I do not return anytime soon. read more

CVS Pharmacy Store # 802. The girls that work there are amazing. Always busy, yet always willing to help you out. I had a situation, where I dropped a lipstick, and it rolled under the display. Kimmie went above and beyond to help me find it. Needless to say, we could not find it and it was the last one there. She told me no worries call back we get a shipment every week. By the third week, she knew my voice when I called. I just want to thank Kimmie, Jessica, and the lovely cashier Tatyana. You're a wonderful team of a strong, kind woman. Thanks so much. read more

First time I ever came here and I purchased one item and the only hardly identifiable employee wandered over and directed me to the self checkout. I don't do self checkout and here is why. The one item scanned then it took over a minute to scan my loyalty card and not get the discount on it. Then it didn't print a receipt and took almost 5 minutes to call a manager to go print it off her computer. The employee rang my item up through the self checkoit but could have easily done it faster and more efficiently at the 4 registers not open. I see a pattern here. read more

I come to this CVS only for the pharmacy as it is the only one in the area that accepts my insurance. The rest of the store is terrible, just on sight. Oh my goodness, I dread this visit every month. I have attempted coming at all different times of the day and no matter what time it is, there is always a tremendous line! I have come to the conclusion that the line is mostly attributed to the complete lack of motivation and respect of their employees... most importantly the pharmacists. Most of the times I come in the pharmacist is on the phone with a personal call. I have waited up to 20 minutes on the line and she was on her call the entire time, discussing her son's Boy Scouts, or something ridiculous like that. All of the staff are never accommodating and won't go out of their way to help if you have a difficult situation. Countless times I have left there, frustrated, annoyed and empty handed... do yourself a favor... drive a bit farther to another CVS. read more

My daughter went to this CVS to be tested for COVID 19. Upon our arrival to the parking lot, there was no one outside to direct people on what to do. There were a few other cars parked outside waiting. A young black worker came outside and he was not wearing a mask or gloves. He did not acknowledge the people who were waiting. An elderly man came out of his car to ask the worker a question and the worker did not even look at the gentleman. He kept walking and looking at his phone as he shook his head no to whatever the gentleman asked him. We decided this was not the place to be tested and we left. I work in a dr's office, I called this pharmacy today to ask for help regarding a patient's medication. Long story short this woman who works there, she didn't introduce herself , would not even attempt to help me at all. She was very rude and disrespectful and it is a shame that sick and elderly people would not get help,kindness or compassion because of this pharmacy staff member. I would not recommend using this pharmacy. read more

The Worse...Simply the worse CVS I have ever been to.It does not matter what time of the day you try to get your prescription filled the lines are always ridiculously long.It s always short staffed and whomever is there to help always encounter an issue with your prescription.The Pharmacist herself could not care less.I had decided to switch location because there is no way on earth I can continue dealing with this unorganized location right on Ralph.
