this is specific to the minute clinic. horrible. I never leave reviews but this was horrendous. I was waiting there for 45 min they took me off the waitlist, didn't say anything, then i added myself back and they just let the person behind me go. everyone there told me only person w answers would be the nurse and she did not come out of the room. an hour of waiting and I had to leave. read more

The CVS pharmacy on Clint Moore and Military is great! The pharmacist is knowledgeable and readily available to address any concerns or questions and thep staff at the counter is consistently friendly and easy to work with. Whatever issues have come up over the years with either my doctor's office or a med, I found them very eager and quick to sort things out. The prescription pickup process is efficient and hassle-free, whether you walk in or use their super convenient drive-thru. They also have a Minute Clinic which my kids and I used a few times in a pinch. The care was good and the wait times were minimal. Like most drug stores these days they have a small grocery area with essentials as well as snacks and cold drinks. The prices are usually pretty high so I don't often buy things there, but if you need something quick and you're already picking up your meds, it could come in handy. Overall, CVS is a reliable pharmacy, clinic and minimart that provides the community with excellent services and convenience. Four stars from me. read more

The store is definitely following Covid rules. When I went to print out the coupons from the machine inside it was a bit difficult to use - so that needs an up keep. It also was hard to tell if the carts were clean or dirty since they were all lumped together. I was able to find my items and the cashier was extremely helpful and patient especially since I had paper coupons as well as digital ones. This store is one of the bigger, more modern ones around so it is a hit easier finding things. read more

I love this CVS for so many reasons; starting with the staff. I stop in here a few times a week and I have been greeted each and every time. I don't know, it makes me feel good to be acknowledged. I never have a problem looking for what I need because the store is organized and well maintained. Plus, there is always someone on the floor if you have a question. Some stores you have to hunt down an employee, but not here. Typical items you will find in any other CVS stores but this store in particular seems to have a better selection of items. Lipstick to almonds, they really cover all bases. I know it's just CVS, but it's a darn good one & I am not just saying that because they always have my favorite almonds in stock. Would give 0 stars if i could. The people who work at the pharmacy here are absolutely rude. The girl Nataja or Natasha on the phone put me on hold directly after i asked a question without letting me know or simply saying one moment let me find out and then putring me on hold. She is super unprofessional and I've never had worse experiences than here. After putting me on hold 2 or 3 times the phone begins the dial tone and a guy answers the phone and i had to go through the whole process again of my name, DOB, prescription and questions i had. He wasn't any help whatsoever ever either and i asked to speak to the Supervisor and he said his name was David and he was the supervisor. ZERO help whatsoever. I shouldn't feel like I'm a bother to an employee of somewhere I'm spending money. I'm removing all of my prescriptions and no longer shopping at CVS. I'll go somewhere else that doesn't give attitude and trains/ hires professional pharmacists like a mail away pharmacy instead. read more

I know writing reviews for CVS's are a little ridiculous because each location is really the same. There is nothing really to report about this location. However, the associate at the register, Alexander, was such a great associate that I wanted to write a review just for him. Not that he really went above and beyond in any one particular exchange, but as I waited in line I noticed how genuinely friendly he was and the conversation he was having with customers, even if it was short, was again, genuine. It sometimes feels pretty rare that you meet someone behind the counter that really enjoys what they are doing, and I could tell that he really enjoyed his work- and it shows. This CVS really isn't in my area in general, but I'll remember this for awhile and any time I'm in that area and might need something that I can get from a CVS, because of Alexander, I'll go there. read more

I came into the store to pick up a prescription yesterday 04-25-2021. CVS 6651 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL My purchase was rung out at reg # 14 Transaction 4423 at 1:43 pm. While waiting on line I viewed and listened to the head pharmacist standing on the raised island inside the pharmacy area throwing script bags down on the counter and calling her employees incompetent. Not once twice but three times. It was loud enough for all to hear and making customers uncomfortable. No person in a leadership role should act out and lose control in this manner. This female pharmacist needs to be corrected for her errors. Even if having a bad day there is no reason to degrade your employees. Very disappointed. read more

Waited 25 minutes at the drive thru to pick up a prescription, and there was no one in front of me. Pharmacy is too busy to manage the drive thru. Ridiculous that they make customers wait a long time with no acknowledgement. Moving in to Walgreens...much better service. read more

I went to this store on a Sunday afternoon to buy a product. I had a 40% off extracare coupon plus a $3.00 manufacturers coupon that I printed online. The salesgirl, at the checkout, had her back to me a few feet away with earphones in watching or listening to something. I had to call her 3 times to get her attention. The coupon I gave her wouldn't scan and she said she was only allowed to use coupon or 40% off. This isn't true. One was store percentage off full price item and the other manufacturers. I wrote the company and they sent me an email with a reference number to talk to someone. The women couldn't find the reference number and was of no help. The lack of customer service is mind boggling. I shop there every week, and there are plenty of Walgreens around to shop in. CVS needs some serious work from corporate. read more

The employee who goes by the name of "Elizabeth" constantly harasses and discriminates against me. None of the other employees give me issues when i purchase alcohol. She yells across the store screaming that I'm underage even though I'm 22 and showed my ID to another employee already . On another occasion she even yelled to her manager "How can i tell if they have a fake ID" all in front of several customer leaving me embarrassed. I made an appointment at that location via there computer in store. Wait till my appointment time, the nurse came out and said that she couldn't take me because I'm a walk in. I was in sequence to be called next, as I proceeded to walk out,she said that she'll take me. Well, I stood there for about :45 while the nurse proceeded to take my information. By the way it was all there. Clearly she was frazzled and confused. She never turned around to talk to me directly or introduce her self. The diagnosis was so bazaar. Paid my copayment and left. Apparently the [clown] manager is on holiday in Florida's High Season. But they were several people too short. 4. You've got a better chance of getting the Flu than getting a Flu shot waiting for one as scores of sick people needing a prescription walk by you just feet away in the chair. I spent 40 minutes in the store and got Nothing except perhaps the Flu, not the shot. 5. Flu shots are not given in the Minute Clinic but nxt to the lineS at the pharma counter. 6. They have no clue which Vax is which or what's in them. (this store only had Flu vax with antibiotic ingredient. (Fluad with neomycin and kannamycin) Contrary to what was in their online list. 7. There is NO SUCH THING as a "Walk in Clinic," at CVS they require appointments. read more

I had to post on here because of how nice and helpful the staff at this location is. Specifically, Vanessa helped us and she was wonderful. I went here today looking for a swim aid for my young son. They were not available on the shelf (Christmas stock was out instead), but one of the staff went out of his way to check for something in the stockroom. He came back with 2 options, one of which was exactly what I was looking for. It's rare these days for busy staff members to go out of their way to find something that isn't on the shelf, so I'd like to say a big thank you to Christopher for doing just that and for making a little 3 year old boy very happy that he could use the swimming pool today. ‍ read more
