As much as I wanted to hate this CVS I have grown to love it. When I started working in the area, I hated going there because I hate CVS stores but as time went on my opinion has changed. The staff is amazing. I can give them a call and they're run to the shelves to see if the item is in stock and will hold it for. One day I called to see if they had hot dog buns left, they had one package. The employee was so kind and patient with me as a debating about picking it up. The employee on the phone could have been rude but he wasn't and that's what I love about this CVS. These people aren't paid commission so he didn't really have to do a single thing to cater to my needs. When in a crunch I'm willing to pay the markup because the staff at this store really works hard. I wish the place was open before 7am. It would make my before work candy stop a daily habit. Overall when I run into staff like the one found at this CVS I want to take a pen and paper and start writing to their district managers. Hard workers like the ones who work here deserve a raise.

Right as I walked in, there was a nice assortment of fresh spring flowers and plants. I came in for some eyedrops. So I headed towards the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for a suggestion. He was very kind and offered me a suggestion, he said most of them are the same, but the less expensive ones you'd have to use more frequently. This CVS was very well stocked. There were some brand new items I haven't seen or heard of before. They have self checkout registers and a person working. I purchased two items, my receipt was as long as I had purchased 500 items. This is a change they could make, unnecessarily long receipts.

There's a mailbox next to the entrance if you have mail. I went after the pharmacy closed, and it was dead. Yet the cashier gave his hello as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help.... I'm not sure there was anyone else working. But they have self check out so who needs extra humans? The store is fairly large, and pretty clean. She said that all I had to do was inform the staff of my disability and they would take care of me at the drive thru. That was something any of their staff would be happy to do. Well she doesn't know her staff very well. Today they adamantly refused repeatedly to help me. I had to walk in on my fractured foot. The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.
