I went to pick up script and charged $121.I asked what I paid last month...$18! I was told Wellcare insurance increased price call them. Wellcare after holding an hour said CVS filled script, same medication, from different manufacturers code and could return if unopened ...but, then they have no stock to refill at$18 at this time...load of crap read more

Unfortunately I must update my review, and most of it isn't of positive nature. Aspects I have noticed that have gone downhill: - Excruciatingly long wait times, both on the phone and in store at the pharmacy. - Lack of knowledge on many questions I would consider to be relatively basic for any pharmacy technician. - It is not uncommon for automitc refills to somehow not be filled, be filled incorrectly, be 'misplaced', or simply forgotten about (among various other questions and tasks asked to be completed by the customer). Positive improvements: - Several seats have been placed near the waiting area at the pharmacy (undoubtedly due to the high volume of customers and lengthy wait times). - Renovated flooring, and wider isles to walk through. - The younger male pharmacy tech with short blonde hair appears to have a great deal of knowledge. read more

Helen, who works at the register, is rude, dismissive and completely untrained. She refused to issue a refund to my teenaged daughter because she didn't know how. Enter the store manager, Lori Loffredo who should be fired immediately for her lack of interpersonal skills, inability to lead or train employees and her general disregard for basic standards of retail business practice. read more

This particular store has lost our whole family account at their pharmacy and, lost our business in the store... One pharmacy tech Alex who is a female is very rude. Also, I had several scripts that they were holding go missing... Alex also insisted I had a 200 copay for my son's meds. I kindly said I don't please run it through. She became very rude and, embarrassed me on front of everyone. Yesterday I spent 300 in the store. Elizabeth, a blonde hair cashier, over charged me. I actually said.. Miss u rang one item up several times. She stopped sighed, and said "" several times means more than once "" do you expect me to re ring this all up??! "" Then when I kindly asked her to go through it. She got very mad for me doubting her. Then she said oh, one item I did ring up more than once. Then said BUT NOT SEVERAL TIMES. My little girl was very upset about how her mommy was being treated. I treated my daughter to fun make up, hair stuff, ect. So guess what when I got home? She over charged me by 100 bux. She rang numerous products up five times. I new she did BUT SHE WAS SO RUDE AND MADE ME AND MY LITTLE girl upset I just wanted to leave. read more

Unfortunately I have to give another poor review. My wife needed to get eye drops for some pretty bad pink eye. Apparently this CVS and all surrounding CVS' were out of stock. My wife asked if they could call the CVS in Totowa to see if they have it there(since i work right next to it). The lady in the pharmacy said " we can only call CVS' 20 miles out". Um, what? This is on a Friday and they said they could order them and have the drops by Monday. So my wife has to suffer the whole weekend with pink eye? My wife then called the Walgreens on Allen Road 2 mins away and low and behold they were in stock and she had the drops in her hand 30 mins later. Thank you CVS for not going the extra mile for your customers. I think we just found our new pharmacy. read more

This CVS will never improve its service: simply the lousiest employees and service you can get! In fact some of us have a feeling it is getting worse every year : I much prefer driving to the new Bridgewater location from now on! The wait at cash register in Bedminster is unreasonably long and ridiculous, "I'll be right with you" is just a formality it's like saying "hello" .. you ring the bell and they still don't come to you. Here's my daily platitude about why CVS sucks today. 1. No Loreal airbrush Dark Spray tan. Only medium? Had to buy Medium for $14.99! Holy shizz, it was $9.99 in Rite Aid last week. 2. Beachchair, one of those sand types with the rainbow webbing beneath a sign marked half off $26.99. Shlep it up to counter to learn it was the goddamn blue ice packs for 1/2 off, just a teensy bit above, hence not applicable to the beach chair. Sorry hubs, hope your ass doesn't break the next one or you're SOL. 3. Dooshiest McDooshbag McDooshington ( it was on his name tag) tells me I should have given him my CVS (uncaring) card before he rang it everything so I get squat. I had a monthly prescription set up to automatically refill and call me when ready. I only take it for 2 weeks out of every month so it's easy to lose track of when to order... Well, it was never refilled this month!! And this is not a med I want to miss! Anytime you call the pharmacy it sounds as though you just woke them up. Not terribly helpful or apologetic when things get messed up. No real concern for their customers. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used for the last 20 years in the US. I could not give a 0 star rating. They not only put a wrong record on my daughter's prescription (rude without apology) but also one tech asked us to pay it again! Bravely I refused and luckily I found the receipt at home that we have paid! The customer has to double pay their bad and rude service! read more

While my experience with the store has been adequate, the long lines for picking up prescriptions is unbearable. For the past several months, doesn't matter how early or late you arrive, the people behind the counter seem disorganized and can never seem to find your medication. I have decided to only pick up medications that are factory sealed (inhalers, creams) and get my pills elsewhere, since I am afraid that the disorganization may lead to a mistake. Better yet, I am going to have all my medications filled elsewhere. read more

CVS understands customer service! we switched from our local RITE AID pharmacy (which was a true dump) to this CVS pharmacy. it was quite the opposite experience as RITE AID. we have been going to CVS for years now, and are glad to finally find one close to our new home. read more

First things first, the carpeting in this store is filthy; it's a turn-off as soon as you walk in the door. Pharmacy staff not friendly, I always get the sense I'm bothering them. They have to update the store and step up their game at this location. read more

Always short staffed at the pharmacy. Was told to go to another store or come back another day. Unacceptable for a pharmacy.

I had a $50 medical gift card to use on prescriptions. I told the pharmacy clerk it was for $50 and it stated it on the card. I said I would pay the remainder with another credit card. He kept saying the card was denied and because there were other people waiting, I paid with the other card and called about the $50 gift card when I got home. Their records showed he was trying to charge for the whole amount and not just $50. I had no other place to use the card before it expired, so I lost out on $50. I find they do not listen. They also tried to give me a generic once even though the script specified no generic substitution. I have also received phone calls saying my prescription was ready for pickup and they could not find it. read more
