The pharmacist was so rude to me!! I had a very sick 6 year old in the car and I needed to pick up medication called in by pediatrician earlier that day. She refused to check the voicemail more than once per hour. I asked if she could please check so I didn't have to keep my vomiting child in the car any longer, she refused!! She says she only checks on the hour! Ive never had a pharmacist treat us this way. read more

He updated my phone number in the system which other stores have tried to no avail. CVS is lucky to have this young man. He is of good character which is a must in customer service. be aware. my drug plan switched me to CVS. same generic medication but a different pill. I had a severe allergic reaction. I could not contact the manufacturer because they are in China. FDA is not protecting us so you must be allert. I switched pharmacies and now alway check and look up the manufacturer myself. read more

I have had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy, am used to waiting sometimes hours for prescriptions to be filled in the past at other larger locations but this place has surprised me every time. They're small with limited staff, so keep that in mind if showing up at a busier time of day. My one star lost was that the hours they post online don't match their real hours at times. read more

Unbelievably disrespectful with no regard for customer service. I showed up at 1:28pm to pick up and they looked at me, turned around and chatted for a minute only to turn around and say "sorry we close at 1:30 for lunch so you have to come back". I literally had been standing there waiting for them, but their Starbucks break superseded any desire to help a customer. read more

CONSTANTLY giving misinformation. Phone call Wednesday says I can get my script filled Sunday so I pace my script for Sunday now they say sorry, not until Monday. They've done this a couple of times to me now and I'm switching to Walgreens like I did with my other doctor. Walgreens I have no issues at all, CVS I can almost count on issues. This is not cool. Walked in, yes no mask.... because they are pointless. However, when they asked me to wear one I put it on, yes slowly but besides this major point. As I'm walking up to SPEND MONEY, which helps them have jobs! It a time where people are struggling. I get to hear these ungrateful girls over the walkie talking about me, pretty sure watch out for the bitch in a jean jacket. Don't care, mask or no mask, these idiots talked over a walkie where customers to hear! The one they were talking to has her back turned to me. I'll give the cashier at the time, she at least had the oh sh!t face because it was bad. Covid or not that talking about a customer, in a manner they could hear is beyond unprofessional! So never will spend money there ever again. Be smart and at least wait till the break room to talk about it like normal people or smart ones. It just should they are idiots and get to feel special for a second. That's why they were just walking and doing nothing useful anyway. I know those two girls get to feel some sort of bs power they never probably had in their lives, or will ever get. To be able to scold someone for a pointless cloth like the ones on there face. CVS Corporate really needs to take a look at their pharmacies overall. Over the last few days, I attempted to call 7 times. I was on hold anywhere from 18 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes and hung up. I went to the store today and there were 9 people in line....everyone was talking about the horrible service. Not the fault of the employees working....there was 1 pharmacist and 1 clerk who were working as fast they could. I talked to the Manager and he indicated that he has reported it to Regional as well. I guess the only way they will change if customers leave and this was my last order on my end. read more

Saw them from the freeway on a road trip... was dying for a potty and needed toiletries for the trip and their sign said 24 hours. Good deal! Unfortunately for me their precious bathrooms are locked at 10 o'clock. I told the guy that I wasn't going to make it next door, where he directed me too. I've gotta be a bladder issue, t_m_i, I now. Anyway, he wasn't very nice about it either. Later to be told machine has been down all day i understand they are are short staffed but just say machine is down when someone calls if you don't have the staffing. Unfortunately there isn't the option of a rating below one star. The store always feels dirty and the pharmacy is run by a bunch of illiterates. I phoned in a refill on a couple of prescriptions only to drop by to pick them up and one was back ordered (hadn't arrived at the store after a week) and another one was refilled with a different product. Oh my gosh, I really dislike this place. This is just one of the many screw ups that was made during the year I was stuck without another option. Last week while waiting in line for a pick up the gentleman at the next window was relating that they were hard to reach by phone. The clerks response was to reply "Are you saying that we don't answer the phone?" "No", he said not looking for confrontation, "I just said that you are hard to get ahold of by phone". The whole time this conversation was being held their phone was ringing and ringing and ringing. Go figure! read more

I always come here when i go to buy liquor, they have the cheapest henny in town at 25$ a bottle. Compaired to anywhere else where it's like 30 or 40 a bottle. I can't have it with that. If I could give CVS pharmacy a zero I would, I used this location when it was Longs Drugs and loved the pharmacy staff, Chuck the pharmacist and staff were wonderful. As soon as CVS took over, and Chuck left, it went to hell. The final straw for me was when my doctor faxed my prescription over to CVS, I was told by the person at the drug counter that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I shopped in store for 20 minutes, when I returned to the counter, I was told my drugs had not been unpacked from the delivery the night before, and to come back after 5 pm and it would be ready, so I drove back home 27 miles, and returned after 5, to be told that the pharmacist still had not unpacked the drug shipment, and to come back tomorrow! I made 4 trips before I got my prescription, that was it for me. I now drive out of my way to get my prescriptions from Chuck, who opened his own pharmacy. read more

Every time I go to this CVS they are understaffed. Most of the employees I've seen act like they really don't want to help you. Today I had to wait for the only clerk on duty, to stop giving a photo customer detailed instructions. Another clerk was behind another check out counter with a closed sign, picking price tags off a box of Christmas cards. It wasn't until there were 4 other customers waiting behind me before either clerk started waiting on anyone. This is not the only time I've had issues at this store. CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy!! took in my prescription 4 days ago for pain pills for my dental surgery and they still aren't ready! I ask why and they said there system had been done for a day and a half. I explained to them that they had my prescription for 2 days before there system went done!!!!! I told them I had a mouth full of stitches and was in pain! There response was they hoped they would have it by this evening and I could take 4 regular aspirin in the meantime! Are you kidding me!!!! This store is the worst experience over and over. Went in today to get some Ensure for elderly persons and went to check out around 2pm today 10/16/18 to find 5 people in front of me and the girl was working as fast as she could....she had to leave the check stand and look for Photos stood there for about 10 mins more. NO ONE ELSE WAS AROUND to check. Then 3 more people came up behind me. I got out of line and went to the pharmacy counter where of course they couldn't find anyone's order that they had called them that it was ready. Then a very nice lady came out of the back and after a few more minutes she started checking and because I had some stuff that was on clearance SHE COULDN'T CHECK ME OUT WITHOUT A MANAGER AND THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD MAKE THE REGISTER WORK WAS OUT TO LUNCH. soooo after about another 10 minutes I told her I had to go because my elderly people were waiting for me. AFTER ALL THAT TIME AND HASSLE I left the stuff and hit the road. HATE THIS LOW BUDGET STORE WITH IT'S SKELETON CREW and especially hate the pharmacy with it's slowoooooooo service. This pharmacy has always been a frustrating experience. They seldom have the orders ready when they say they will, somehow people that you know came after you get served before you, and we have been shorted on pills more than once. We usually have 10 or more Rxs, so we are told it will be 2 hours, when we come back after 3, guess what they aren't ready. On Monday March 27, 2017 we went in to have our 3 month prescriptions refilled. Since this was the first time this year for a Rx refill my husband asked if they had our correct info on file, if they were still our pharmacy and he was told yes. When he picked up our order today all of my prescriptions were only for one month instead of 3 months, when he asked he was told that the insurance would not authorize them for 3 months. This made no sense to me so I started investigating. Just a couple little white lies on CVS's part, yes they take our insurance, but they are out of network, so they charge more, and they can't do a three month supply, so they can charge even more. I can have a 3 month supply, just not from CVS. So for a few extra dollars CVS nationwide has lost a customer forever! read more
