This pharmacy has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional to deal with. I submitted a…read morerefill request and was contacted, only to be told that because I pay my doctor directly for the medication, my doctor had to contact the pharmacy instead. I immediately reached out to my doctor and then called the pharmacy back, but what should have been simple turned into a nightmare. I was bounced around between four different people including patient services, accounts, and others before finally being transferred to a pharmacist after over 30 minutes of wasted time. The lack of communication and organization is pure incompetence. The pharmacist told me my prescription would ship by September 3rd. However, when I called today to confirm, I was again given the runaround, transferred multiple times, and eventually told without anyone reaching out to me or my doctor that my prescription was supposedly filled incorrectly by my doctor. This makes no sense, especially since they previously told me it was a partial fill. Even my doctor was confused by their explanation. It is the pharmacist's responsibility to contact the doctor if there is an issue with a prescription. Instead, they failed to do so and did not notify me, leaving me stuck chasing answers and wasting time. This pharmacy clearly has no regard for patients' time or health. The communication is terrible, the staff is uncoordinated, and important information is not relayed properly. I will be looking for another pharmacy that actually values patients and knows how to handle prescriptions responsibly.

So, I only shop here if I'm desperate for something. One nice thing though is that they have a FedEx drop off at this location. Found that out just recently when I had to drop off a prelabeled and packed item to a company. It was very simple. The cashier at the regular cash register just scanned the box and gave me a receipt. No excessive pleasantries were exchanged.

Plenty of parking and they even have self-checkout at the register. I was able to find one associate working and she was a delight! Her name was Brittany and she was so sweet, very patient with my two kiddos and overall such a great help with their passport photos. While assisting us, she was also assisting other customers at the self-checkout, register, order pick-ups, and another customer who needed passport photos. I was wondering if she was the only person working but she did it all! With a smile! I would've felt so overwhelmed so Brittany definitely had a great handle on everything. She assisted me at the register and offered a savings program to me. I don't typically shop at CVS but now I will definitely swing by this location since we had such a great experience and customer service!
