I took the newborn photo at home, ensuring that I meet all the requirements. I asked her if I could print the photo out, she said I would have to do a 4x6 which is the smallest size. Informing her that I needed a passport photo, she told me I would have to wait, because she was unloading and sorting through packages. Due to me having a passport appointment and I need to get the photo printed asap, I asked if I could upload the photo and pay the passport photo price. I did not want to lay my newborn on the counter to take a passport photo, especially since my newborn was asleep. She said I would have to go online and try then said I needed to go through the app. All of this wasted time and heres why. I take my newborn out of the carrier lay him on the counter now agitated. NOT ONCE did she take ANY PHOTO, she kept trying to touch my baby and hitting the button geeting a pre flash light. Another associate walked over and told me I could upload the photo on the kiosk and pay for it as a passport photo, if I had a photo of the newborn eyes open and looking at the camera. Susana was agitated that the associate said that and then finally did what I orginally asked after 40 MINS OF WASTING MY TIME.

The pharmacy staff have been very helpful to me whenever there have been RX issues. They have also been fantastic about helping me transfer RXs to other locations and back when I ran out of meds on the road. Overall, I appreciate them and their hard, thankless work. It might be also good to note that they offer a select few medications for free including generic antibiotics. (But hey don't be running to your Dr. for antibiotics for every little cold and sniffle now- it won't work! There's such a thing as antibiotic resistance My PSA for the day) My only irk is with their bottle configuration. Their's is very similar to Target's (the only other place I've gotten our Rx's filled) where there is a rubber stopper at the top of the bottle with a hole to stick a syringe in to fill it. At Target the bottles are already like this; At Publix they aren't. They give you a separate piece you need to insert into the bottle itself. My annoyance is that this doesn't provide an airtight seal (with the syringe inserted) because you have to turn it upside down to fill the syringe. Every single time I had to fill the syringe, the antibiotics came dripping out (albeit a small amount) and it was hard to fill the syringe without any air bubbles. It was very frustrating and messy. I can't imagine a senior citizen with arthritis or something being able to do this correctly!!! So use with caution!

I'm impressed how good their cakes and bakery items are. You really can get everything from here, so I wasn't disappointed that I didn't make it to my regular store. Also, I had to stop by the pharmacy department and get some great assistance there, too. You can order online and have your items delivered to your car. Great Idea! I am still just "a choose your own items, kind a girl."

Plenty of parking and they even have self-checkout at the register. I was able to find one associate working and she was a delight! Her name was Brittany and she was so sweet, very patient with my two kiddos and overall such a great help with their passport photos. While assisting us, she was also assisting other customers at the self-checkout, register, order pick-ups, and another customer who needed passport photos. I was wondering if she was the only person working but she did it all! With a smile! I would've felt so overwhelmed so Brittany definitely had a great handle on everything. She assisted me at the register and offered a savings program to me. I don't typically shop at CVS but now I will definitely swing by this location since we had such a great experience and customer service!
