I took her suggestion and color as well and later that evening when I put the color on my hair it looked almost perfect. I understood where she was coming from, she did not want to recommend something and it not be good for me or my hair then she would feel responsible however she took a chance, and I told her it would not fall on her. I also purchased some wigs from her, and their wigs are very fairly priced, and they have A LOT of different ones too they will allow you to try them on and if you decide to purchase one they have them brand new in the back in different colors so that is something super cool about the place. When I went, my total was 165.80 and somehow jumped to $186.50. I turned around and asked the employee how this is possible and she said they charge a 10% sales tax and a credit card charge. Mind you, there is no signs about their tax, or a credit card charge. Not to mention, because their register is incapable of scanning and processing charges, the employee asked if she could use my phone to calculate the total. It's upsetting that I am unable to support a small business that is rarely ever open. However, this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
