I placed an order back in November 2025, which would have been my fourth wig from Jace beauty. After desperately trying numerous of time emailing every department including "Nicole" there was no communication nor response from any of them. I had no choice but to contact Paypal and open up a resolution. Paypal contacted Jace beauty by phone and email requesting a response within two weeks to rectify this urgent matter at hand. Unfortunately I was not appreciate as a loyalty customer. Jace beauty did not response at all in a timely matter, my money was refund back to my account, $612.98. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and messages via Instagram and Facebook with no response. As of February 2026, the product has not been shipped and the company has ceased communicating. I'm not sure what happened to Jace Beauty but do not purchase anything from this company. They use to have the best hair and I didn't mind paying top dollar for it. What they are selling now, at the same price, won't last you a DAY! The hair is horrible and their care for their customers complains/concerns are even worst. The condition of the units I purchased are less than acceptable. The hair is sooo coarse, it sheds relentlessly, it comes out in patches. The knots are humongous and unbleached and it belongs in the garbage. It's so unfortunate because when there are so many options out there, but you choose Jace because you're a long time customer coming back time after time and this is how you're treated after patronizing the business for years is unethical and insensitive. They never seems to take responsibility or own their wrong. I ordered two wigs from this company and they're both of same quality, poor. I have been a loyal customer to this company for years. I started off by ordering the Russian Fede, then the straight. I had any issues with any purchase until I ordered the natures curl. When I tell you this was bad hair, it was horrible everyday I had it installed. I contacted the company only to be pretty much told that it was from the chemicals that was used to color it.. Like I have colored over 2000 heads in my Career as a cosmetologist. I think as a customers that put their trust in a company to receive quality product, The company needs to have in place better measurements for justified issues that can occur. read more

DO NOT, and i repeat: DO NOT! order from this company!!! they are fraudulent, HIGHLY unprofessional, lack customer service and need to be shut down. -1st off, it took them about a month and a half to ship me my unit and i feel like the only reason i finally ended up getting it was because after constantly emailing them for updates because i got tired of wondering what was taking them so long, i promised (not threatened) them i was going to open a dispute through paypal. that was when they started being more consistent and even calling me, getting scared and sh*t.... -when i got the unit i was in disbelief. i was like "no. this can NOT be the wig i ordered." the photos i posted doesn't even do it justice. you would've had to see it in person. i immediately emailed them, told them how dissatisfied i was and asked them what was their return/refund policy. they tried to tell me i couldn't get a refund. well, they tried it with the wrong one.... -so, i contacted paypal. opened the dispute, got all of my money back and that was the end of that. they were mad. we went back and forth, but i don't care. *just a word from the wise: order through a secured site (i.e. paypal) that way if you're dissatisfied you can dispute your case and hopefully get your money back, or at least exchange. when you 1st receive your product, DO NOT! alter it (i.e. comb, brush, wet, wash, dye, etc.). the seller will use that against you as a justification as to why they won't refund you your money. the product has to be in the same condition as it is when you initially received it. read more

This place is a fraud. I ordered hair at the end of August. After many false updates and a promise of a free closure for my already extended wait I finally received my hair in April. That's after I received a false tracking number in January which turned out to only be a shipping label created, nothing was actually shipped! I did not receive my courtesy item nor have they responded to my emails. Don't waste your time or your money. Even with PayPal after 45 days there's nothing you can do. read more

I am so disappointed. I would much rather not give them a star at all. I've been purchasing hair from them for over 6 years. I have noticed the quality in their hair has decrease significantly over the years. For example, you use to be able to get by on three bundles but now you have to purchase more hair to make up the difference. Hence, why they came up with the half bundle approach. Their delays are unreasonable and it will almost always go over the time frame they promise you will receive it. So plan for two months (maybe three) in advance with your occasions. Addition to that they will ignore all concerns/ correspondence with your package showing a "shipping label created" but not being shipped until two weeks later. I advise you to be smart and research the companies current reviews. P. S I just recently came into contact with their supplier... We are being over charged, cheated on weight of the hair, and their supplier ships the hair right away. So why the delay gap?????? read more

I ordered bundles from them years ago and it was the best hair ever. My last order was a frontal and it was not like the hair i usually ordered. It shed so much and was not quality and it was expensive. I knew since I was a loyal customer she would at least replace it but no. She said she would not do it and I told her she just lost a good loyal customer. this woman sucks. I was so upset and extremely disappointed given the money I spent with jace beauty of the years. I purchased 5 half bundles of the soft kinky curl hair with a closure. It took exactly a month to receive although the site estimated that it takes about 3 weeks to ship the product. Ok, fine, but my complaint is mostly due to the quality of this hair. This hair sheds excessively. Hairballs are every where and it is extremely hard to detangle even when wet. The closure sheded so much that I have major bald spots in it and have to use a headband to cover it up. This is definitely not quality hair for the price. I have maintained the hair based on the instructions provided but they do not help. Definitely a waste of 550 dollars. read more

This company is way over priced for the quality hair that is provided. I ordered closures on 2 different occasions which I paid over $100 for. Both times the closures started shedding and balding. When I confronted the company about this, they stated it was nothing they could do. Highly pissed! Jace Beauty is a horrible company from a customer service perspective. After purchasing a VIP SLOT, they gave me a rushed ultimatum on if I wish to proceed. Jace takes a ridiculous amount of time to process and ship orders and has poor communication about the status of orders. Long story short, I made an order on June 18th and by August 6 I still didnt my order. To be completely fair, they originally sent me the wrong order and some of the time lapse was because I had to exchange my order (which they made me pay a shipping and restocking fee for). In August, around the time that my new order should have been shipped, I complained to the person who referred me to them on social media (after a series of rude and unhelpful exchanges with the company) and they promptly emailed me and let me know that they cancelled my order and were issuing me a refund. I was happy for the refund so that I could cut ties with the company, but felt they were very rude. They are more expensive than other companies like them and my advise to people would be to just buy elsewhere. I recently discovered Kinkistry and ordered from there, and already the process has been a million times smoother. read more
