So, I waited a week to create a review to see how the hair would act. First let me say, they delivered great customer service. My stylist recommended Bundle Boutique to purchase hair for my upcoming appointment as she used to work at the salon. My appt was on Saturday and I called the boutique on Monday or Tuesday to check inventory. The associate that answered the phone and serviced me once in the store was really friendly and delivered great customer service. She advised to call back on Friday to see if the texture ( curly) I wanted would be back on stock. Unfortunately it wasn't however, I was able to purchase a wavy texture in my desired lengths. During my appt, my stylist asked twice if I really purchased the closure from Bundle Boutique. That was a red flag. After I showed the receipt she simply said "hmmm". I knew then there was some disappointment in the hair. Once my appt was over my hair looked nice but, I noticed red/burgundy fibers in the hair from the closure. The feel of the closure plus the fibers is that of a human blend vs virgin hair. After a week, while on vacation I decided to wet the hair to see it's natural wave. Per the pictures..that did not happen. I followed the care instructions and still no wave. I'm disappointed and I like to wear my virgin hair in it's natural state...easy for a wet and go. Overall, I'm not impressed with this particular batch of hair I purchased. Maybe the curly hair will be better. read more

I have a vendor that I use out of New Orleans that I use to supply my own hair bundles small business. I stumbled across The Bundle Boutique about a year ago after moving to Georgia, and I needed bundle the same day. I've been purchasing my bundles from The Bundle Boutique ever since now and I have yet to be disappointed! And the bundles are reusable and durable, I have used them for wigs for myself and others. I've been purchasing my hair from The Bundle Boutique for 2 years now and I have yet to be disappointed! The quality is impeccable! I've been reusing my bundles all this time and only ready to purchase more because the wefts are getting weak from so many installs! I've made additional purchases in between to change textures. I've also purchased closures and I've never hand any issues. The hair takes heat well and absolutely NO tangles! EVER! My personal favorite so far is Cambodian glam raw!(pictured). They don't have closures in this texture but the Brazilian matches just fine. I have yet to attempt to color my hair because I usually do that when I'm just about done with it. This is literally the WORST sew in I've ever had!! When I arrived for my appointment, my stylist was just starting someone else's hair, so I sat waiting for almost TWO HOURS.  The manager blamed the stylist (unprofessional)  and said to talk to her because she misread her schedule. Another stylist agreed to start my hair since she didn't have a customer at the time. When my scheduled stylist got around to me, she was nice and apologetic. She finished my braid down and sewed the bundles that I purchased from them. She wasn't able to curl or trim my hair because the entire process had taken so long and I had to leave. Within an hour, my closure was lifting! Glue was all over my forehead, the foundation didn't match- it just looked like a terrible wig! I called to let the manager know how unhappy I was and the manager had the audacity to insinuate that it was my fault the closure was starting to lift. I explained that two hours hadn't passed and I hadn't altered my hair in any way. Once I sent pictures showing just how bad it looked, I was offered a $25 credit, which was an unacceptable amount considering the cost of the bundles, closure, and install. The commute back to the salon was not worth $25. I asked if I could be compensated for the closure only because of the condition and quality, also there was no way that I could reuse it. The manager put me on mute, or she thought she did, and talked about me as if I had done something wrong!! Scheduling is off, the manager is rude and unprofessional, the hair is shedding, and the install is complete TRASH. After 3 days, I had 5 inches of loose tracks, just hanging!!! This place isn't worth the money and after looking at my hair, I question whether or not the stylist was even licensed because it looks like an amateur did my hair. There's no way I was going back after paying my hard earned money and overhearing the manager talk about me. read more

On January 22 I went into the store and purchased three bundles of the Raw indian hair totaling 369.18. Had the hair installed the same day at a different salon. Upon the install when trying to straighten the hair the ends of the hair would not straighten at all. They were split and a completely different texture than the rest of the hair. Now you would think since this is the highest quality of hair they offer you would not run into this issue. I already knew I spent too much money on this hair to have to try and cut the ends and even after cutting the ends its stil rough. That next day I reached out to the bundle boutique and told the receptionist the issues I have ran into with the hair. Also told her I would come in the same day and have anyone else attempt to straighten the hair as well. She stated she would reach out the the lady that handles the hair and give me a call back. I recieved a call back stating it would not make any difference. Wait until the weekend to come in and show them the hair. That the hair was in fact raw indian and It wouldnt make a diffence showing the lady my hair. Recieved another call back on three way with the receptionist and the person who handles the hair. What I was told was that the hair is sent over longer because it has split ends and you woulld have to cut the ends off. My issue is this you knowingly knew it was issues with the hair and when I call and explain the issues I have what was said to me was that it wont change anything they cant do anything about the hair. What customer resolution is that? It would have been better going with a bundled sale on lesser quality hair and not run into the fact that I spent so much on hair that is supposed to be raw indian that will not even straighten. But to be told it wont make no difference knowing you got hair that has issues is a no go for me. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR WEAVE DONE HERE!! My daughter wanted to get a sew in for homecoming and her stylist had a wedding to work on that weekend, so we decided to get a sew in at the Bundle Boutique (BIG MISTAKE). My daughter was assigned to a young lady that i would question if she was a real licensed stylist. I left the shop, went to get my vehicle worked on, went home to take a nap, and 4 hours later my daughter still wasn't finished. By now this is cutting into her make up and nail time, so i decided to go to the shop to see what was the hold up. I entered the shop and almost passed out at the way this young lady had to daughter's hair looking, even though her hair wasn't finished. Needless to say, I went on a serious rant and told the office manager that I could have found someone in hair school to do a better job than that. There was another stylist that had to step in and try to make my daughter's hair look better by curling it. I WAS FUMING, and my daughter was so upset she didn't want to go to her senior homecoming dance. This Boutique is so nice and customer service was excellent!!!! They have so much to choose from. I purchased two different types of hair from them, the first bundles being Brazilian Kinky Curly 14 and 16 inches and second type Brazilian Body Wave 14,16,18 inch. The kinky curly was very soft and curls very defined, with proper care no shedding or tangling which curly hair is known to do, but especially if you are not caring for it properly. Brazilian Body wave, which I currently have installed, is very silky and soft, no tangling, shedding or frizzing and hair colored amazingly, and I did a bright honey blonde. The only thing I could say is that it does not hold a full curl all day, but I would still recommend this hair 100% will definitely be going back for more!!! read more
