My major complaint was that I couldn't get anyone in the pharmacy to help me with our FSA question. CVS's system will tell you if an item qualifies for FSA spending or not - once I had purchased the items, the receipt clearly told me. But the gals in the pharmacy had no clue how to find that data in their system (they can - I've been able to have it done at other locations). But, then again, the girl at the pharmacy counter also didn't know what an FSA was...so... Anyways, it's a nice, newish CVS with anything you'd ever want. So no major complaints.

We waited more than 10 minutes as we watched the employees doing other jobs. When someone did come to assist, she tried to help 3 different customers at one time. She couldn't find our prescription. She was confused and it took longer than if she would just work with one at a time. There was a sign posted that said they close for lunch. There are so many employees behind the counter, why couldn't they lunch at different times and keep serving customers? Customers are not important to this CVS.
