Iced coffee with half & half today. My go to is a hot Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte though!

Have been here many times for a great cup of coffee! Staff is friendly. Have indoor and outdoor seating. Love to look up at the mugs hanging from the ceiling while waiting in line. They sell local art, wine, and food too.

This would be a great place to take children to and enjoy some coffee. They do some wine, but I wouldn't say that it's like walking into a coffee store or winery where they're incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory. They were very kind.

Coffee Shop No. 346 One step into C'Ville Coffee and I couldn't help but be drawn into the shop. What caught my attention? ALL the unique coffee cups hanging from the ceiling by a string. Besides cortados, traveling is one of my favorite things; so this showcase absolutely grasped my attention! Every coffee cup was from a different place in the world and dates were stuck to the bottom of each cup. The barista confirmed the cups belonged to the owner who picked them up on his travels. What a fabulous way to track and share your travels! C'Ville Coffee has more to offer than just cool coffee cups dangling from the ceiling. To the left when you walk through the front door is a wall dedicated to the local art scene; from learning opportunities, to event postings, and a showcase for artists' work. Some of the artwork and prints are for sale. Be sure to walk through the front part of the shop because there is ample seating in the back, a fun mural and a LARGE sea turtle in the back corner for children of all ages to enjoy, and also a spot dedicated for adults if you are trying to work or study and the happy kiddos are having lots of fun in their corner. If you admire books like me you'll find a decent sized library in the back. This is definitely a place you could spend an hour or an entire day at. As a cortado enthusiast who visits as many coffee shops as possible on my travels, let's get to the most important part...the cortado. The barista was friendly and engaging which I think always adds value to the cortado. Other than the cortado being served a bit hot I thoroughly enjoyed the espresso drink. The milk to espresso ration was perfect. I would definitely order it again without a second thought Overall, this is a great local coffee shop that has something for everyone.

This place is so cute! The decor is super fun, and there are plenty of tables and seating in the back, in addition to the outdoor seating in front of the coffee shop. They have coffee, sandwiches, and some baked goods. I ordered a berry turkey sandwich, and it was so delicious! I would definitely recommend trying it :) fair warning though - it is a little bit pricey. Staff were friendly and things came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was! The ambiance is perfect for getting some work done, as it's pretty quiet and they play jazz music in the background. Definitely will be returning soon!

Came here for a meet up with friends and cannot rate this place high enough. I love the space in the back, the places to read and eat or even play a board game and also with a space for kids to play! I got the Italian sandwich which was DELICIOUS and added the whipped feta. 10/10 recommend if you like flavorful Italian subs!!! I also got a coffee and was pleased with their coffee as well, though the sandwich was more of a standout to me.

This place is so cute! I really like when you first walk in the coffee cups hanging down . I ordered two ice coffees( cafe Vietnamese)(Milky Way cafe) Both taste very good and sweet. The workers are very nice and friendly, I'm from out of town but next time I come to visit I'm trying the lunch sandwiches they sound delicious

Above average coffee shop. Understaffed however, with only one person who has to suffer long lines making all the coffees as well as taking orders! Then one or two people making the sandwiches. It was very good service but just very understaffed. There was plenty of seating with an adult area and a kids area. Lots of art and decor.

Hummus wheat wrap (I added the sriracha)

I'm usually a 5 Star reviewer. I love food, and most of my experiences are awesome. This only gets 4 stars because the staff wasn't great. I came in for a meeting, never having been there before. They have a build-your-own sandwich/wrap portion of the menu. I asked if any of the breads or wraps were vegan and said (or do any not have milk or egg, in case vegan wasn't clear).. the cashier said "I don't think any are vegan." I was surprised by this because not too many breads or wraps actually do contain egg/milk. When she saw my confused face she admitted that she didn't actually know if any of them had milk or egg. This is bad because dairy allergies are common and staff should know, or at least have a list of, allergens and ingredients. I ordered the wheat wrap anyway, because a lot of tortillas are vegan and I figured it was a pretty safe bet. I got hummus, banana peppers, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and added sriracha at the counter. It came out fast and I was satisfied. Price wasn't bad and the wrap was big and delicious. Only complaint is that better education of the staff is needed.

I stopped in at C-ville Coffee recently and had the most amazing, warm pumpkin muffin and coffee. Bring cash in case you have a small order, otherwise you can pay by credit card. The staff here are friendly, and the entryway is filled with really enchanting decor - mugs hanging from the ceiling, a variety of wine bottles neatly stacked near the register, and the aroma of freshly baked goods. C-ville Coffee is my go-to spot if I need a place to hang out and get some work done, have a short meeting or chat with someone, or come for a delicious sandwich and to read a book for a bit. The owner of this lovely coffee shop is also so friendly, warm and welcoming. They call your name out when your food is ready, and it feels like home. There are some parking spots around the building, and some other places to visit nearby as well, such as the escape room, the rock climbing gym or the antique store.

Large latte with muffin at C'ville Coffee

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast but opted not to get what looked like a rather expensive breakfast sandwich. ($8? I'm sure it's great, though.) Instead, I enjoyed my very nice latte with a blueberry muffin and made my expense account a little happier. This is a very large place. There are separate areas for children and grownups, which is awesome. Wifi works well, power outlets can be found and the tables are comfortable.

Such a cute little coffee place! Found this cafe while looking for a place to study for a short bit~ The coffee was good if you like sweet lattes haha and the brownie was okayyyy.. they brought out cookies later which looked amazing! The brownie was a little expensive and not my favorite :(. I would've probably gotten the cookie instead if it came out earlier~~~ Friendly staff and lots of seating. They had a menu of foods as well (I believe sandwiches and salads?) and even had bottles of wine! I liked the ambiance and would definitely try this place again :)))

The barista was very polite and efficient. My mocha latte was better than St*rb's. Our chocolate chip cookie was DELICIOUS! But what we loved most was the creative display of coffee mugs hanging from the ceiling, bright art work, and other eclectic decor.

The second is Kindness Cafe + Play. I've been a loyal patron for ~4 days. I learned about KC+P about 2 weeks ago when I ran across pictures of employees posing with bottles of Mountain Culture Kombucha; I made a mental note to try KC+P ASAP. My first visit was 4 days ago. Unfortunately, I arrived near closing time (noon) so I had limited time to scope out and enjoy their fare. I requested a Blueberry Bar from Found.Market (basically Blueberry Cake), Grit Coffee, Water. I got briefly acquainted with the founder, Katie, and was impressed with her devotion and how it is expressed and executed at KC+P. I asked about Mountain Culture Kombucha, and was told they were temporarily out, but would be getting a shipment soon. Good enough for me. The Blueberry Bar was delish, and the Grit Coffee made an excellent pairing. On each dining table was a small sign advertising a Fritatta for $5. Mmmm. Next time. I told Katie I'd return Friday. I returned Friday. Arrived about 9am. Ordered the Fritatta, Coffee, and Mountain Culture Kombucha. I settled down at a largish table, booted my computer, and surfed, checking my upcoming appointment at UVA Medical Center. A server brought my food in about 3 minutes. Note that KC+P has touchless serving. I slowly savored the Fritatta. Excellent. I would call it a Personal Quiche, but what's in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. And sipped on my Mountain Culture Kombucha / The Ginger. Always good. The dining area comprises a few circular tables and large sofas, all spaced well apart. Very good Grit Coffee. Very good Kombucha. Very good snacks. Über cheerful staff. While the parking lot is quite large, I have yet to snag a space near the entrance. The ladies' room is very clean, as is the rest of the building. I look forward to returning. Frequently. KC+P is relatively new, but is a wonderful asset to the community. It is exactly what one would expect in a beautiful city like Charlottesville. "All people have values and gifts to share." Katie Kishore

As usual, I'm looking for the best coffee roaster to go to, and Lone Light Coffee was on the top of my list in this area. The coffee shop is on the smaller side, but it was warm and comfortable. The baristas were nice and three of them gave me their input on which single origin I should choose for my pour-over. POUR-OVER - MKT Price +6.50 for Mohammed Aba Nura - Ethiopia (tasting notes: Strawberry, white chocolate, hazelnut) I wanted the craziest tasting option they had, and they recommended this one since it's pretty popular and well-liked among customers. However, one of the barista said he didn't really like it himself. I figured I should still try it. The sips I had while it was still warm was pretty juicy and sweet, but I really didn't like the notes once it cooled down (about 20 minutes later), which tasted sour and off-putting. I should have listened to that one barista and went with a different single origin option. Overall, good roaster -- just unfortunate that I tried something that wasn't for me. The baristas seem knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I would love to come back next time and try another single origin offering.

They were the perfect temperature to bite into, we didn't have any trying to ooze out everywhere, and they were so flavorful! I also grabbed us each a Dulce de leche pastry and I thought it was the perfect balance for being a treat while not being overly sweet. My husband said he thought it was very sweet, but I thought that the pastry part was not sweet at all, so the dulce de leche filling in the middle balanced it out nicely. I also ordered a matcha latte and got a caramel latte for my husband. The 2 men on staff were very friendly and the patio was fairly busy when we stopped in.
