After having been a patient of CVAM for several years, I have the utmost of confidence in the entire staff as they monitor all aspects of cardiology for this 73-year old man, including a DVT in my left knee. My dad's family has a history of issues so I am fortunate to be looked after here. I had an echocardiogram just yesterday and the medical staff couldn't have been more attentive or welcoming. We have an up-coming abdominal exam next week. I trust my caregivers. read more

Check in was self-serve with no assistance for older, less tech savvy patients. Check on/out desk was loaded with staff (on their phones) who passed patients to avoid helping. The "professional" staff is dressed in dirty legging/super tight skinny jeans and tighter shirts you might wear to a kid's soccer game. No instruction forms were offered bc PA staff offered little info. They do not return calls promptly. This is not the office from years ago when Dr Soros was on staff. I was there for some ultrasound tests and the nurses were friendly and quite efficient. The appointment was for 11 o'clock and I was taken back on time and the procedure was completed before 11:30. I was very pleased with the Care I was given. read more

I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I was referred to Dr Panico. I have had A Fib for 11 years and had recently relocated to Gilbert. He described himself as a doctor similar to "House" when it came to searching for answers as to the "why" of my heart defect, which at the time I could appreciate. After wearing a heart monitor for a handful of weeks, I came in for a follow up with his PA who informed me they wanted to do a CT scan to rule out a cardiac amyloid - mind you, she did not tell me what that was, but rather had me google it myself at home. Amyloidosis is a fatal disease, which I naturally panicked over. After calling the office several times, the doctor finally called me back, assuring me that the chances of me having amyloidosis was rare and the CT (with contrast) was safe. Weeks later.. the day of the CAT scan, the hospital called to cancel my appointment stating they would never do a CT scan on a pregnant woman who is not in a life-threatening position due to the safety precautions to my unborn child. Dr Panico called me, annoyed and full of ego, stating he knew people at the hospital and there must be some confusion. Regardless, I ended up switching cardiologist, and when I went to get my records, he did not provide them fully to my new provider. She ended up just running her own tests given she didn't trust the information she was given. This was in 2023 but still leaves me scarred to this day. I could've pursued legal action, but would rather inform the public of this terrible malpractice and leave it at that. read more

Dr . Panico was very pleasant and personable. He maintained a professional demeanor but wasn't rushed. He listened and gave easy to understand instructions. I also must comment on the office management. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before being called back. Once in the room I haven't been kept waiting by the doctor. Have been under the care of Dr Daliman and her PA April since 3/24, they have always been unfailingly informative, professional, patient and kind. Dr Panico is the dr who deals with implantations. He and his team were incredibly helpful when insurance was being frustratingly difficult. This office is extremely well organized and well run. From the sweet little lady that greets you at the door, to the med assistant that takes your vitals, to the drs and PAs, to the assistant who schedules your next appointment.........I have NEVER had a negative experience with anyone at the office. Every single one of the staff always tells you what the next step is. That is so reassuring when you are experiencing something new and scary. In the crazy times that we live in, it seems like there is ALWAYS somebody complaining about something. I have never experienced even the slightest problems. I have worked in healthcare and banking in my professional life, and people not doing their job professionally and consistently is a pet peeve of mine. I have never left CVAM's office without marveling at the positive experience. That is rare, these days. read more

My PET scan went well the personal were very commutative. In and out in a timely matter.

Fast efficient and kind. She gave me good advice. Self check in was easy. The office however had not been throughly cleaned. I was there at 750am so it wasn't like it was all day use. Their night cleaning crew was not up to parr. The floor was dusty. read more

The office experience is impersonal. You check in with a computer and pay your copay. The office is huge. Unfortunately, there are so many providers you don't get to see the actual Dr, even when you thought that's who you scheduled with. I went into the patient portal to review my records after a visit and I had several wrong diagnoses listed. Some I had NEVER been tested for. My adult son also went here and had been admitted to Banner Heart. He was in the hospital for 4 days. He saw a different provider each day and had another provider from the group that did an angiogram. The part that was so frustrating was each different provider would change his meds. Seemed none of them agrred to what he should be on. When he asked for clarification, they changed them again! Very frustrating, feels like they don't communicate and agree on treatment plans. My son switched practices and ended up needing Open Heart surgery. Very disappointed in care and hard to have confidence. read more

Stop! Find yourself a different cardiologist organization. I've struggled multiple times with the lack of professionalism and capability of this staff, with the exception of the actual cardiologist. Should've left a review sooner and should have pulled all of my medical records and found a new office. The level of service is unacceptable. From the fumbling of the business office, screwed up medical orders and prescriptions to the dishonest staff communication; don't waste your time. I've been waiting for months to get a ct scan with hydration. No one seems to care or help. They try, but never follow up. Don't return calls when they say they will. I feel this place is just too big and scheduling is terrible. Which they said they were way backed up. This is people's lives, not a flu shot. They were so bad I had to change Doctor. office personal making appointments same hour and day in different offices, waiting times too long, Dr Grossman really rude and bad side manners etc, etc. My new Dr and personnel is way better. night and day difference. read more
