3.5 Stars. Nice, modern sandwich shop. The Beef 1000 looked small at first glance, but actually contained a good amount of meat and was filling. The fried shallots added a nice textural component. Though I feel it would have been significantly better hot (with the cheese melted and the buns toasted). Wait time was pretty short even though there was a constant stream of takeout orders

Clean restaurant, cool colors and interior, fast service. Beef 1000 is a cold roast beef sandwich with a lot of beef see picture nice taste. Don't expect any sides with any of the items. The food comes in a paper bag with the logo on it. Moderate pricing.

Window service only but you can order online and service is quick. Tried out the Ham Dijon sandwich. I was expecting it to be a lot bigger based on the photo on the online menu. The ham was prosciutto rather than a deli ham, and there could have been a lot more of it. However, the flavors of the pickles/butter/dijon was very well balanced. I would try other sandwiches, but wouldn't get this one again.

Came for their Super Cluckin Sunday honey mustard chicken sandwich. It was really tasty and tender. The edges of the bun were buttery and perfect. The sauce was a bit too sweet for me and a wish it was a tad crispier.

    Roast Beef 1000

Biting into a roast beef 1000 is the definition of a slice of heaven. Soft pillowy bun, piles of flavorful fatty sliced beef, and a zesty thousand island sauce that is a party in your mouth. What more could you want in a sandwich? This online order only, walk up window operation that operates only a few days a week during lunch hours can be a bit annoying but maybe the scarcity is what makes it even more special when you do happen to get a sandwich on a blue moon.

Cutty's is a sandwich shop in Brookline Village. Their menu is minimal and to the point. They make only a handful of artisanal sandwiches and a couple of soups. They sell pickles and various spreads too. Theirs only one thing to get for me. It's the Beef 1000. It's slow-roasted beef, crispy shallots, 1000 island dressing + sharp cheddar on Iggy's black pepper brioche bun. My goodness it's good. Tender, sliced so thin yould read through them. Sweet shallots and tart dressing. Salty creamy tangy cheese is balanced beautifully with the soft peppery airy brioche bun. Truly a must try samich.

Pros: -Super Cluckin' Sunday chicken sandwich. I've only had the BBQ ranch so far but will be sure to try the Honey Mustard ASAP. Order ahead on the Monday before (instructions on their website) because it sells out and pick up is a breeze The BBQ ranch chicken sandwich is delicious. The chicken is tender, sauces are tasty and overall it is a delightful experience that I can't wait to repeat!

Great egg sandwich this morning, with bacon. Plus I had the turkey for lunch this week too. Lucky me! Incredible food, with a nice online ordering experience. Food ready as promised.

I was so glad the pork and rapini sandwich was out - no choices to make, pork and fennel it is! Heavenly. These pigs fly.

Great sandwich shop. Love the turkey 1000. The peanut fennel salad is really good too. Great lunch time stop. Take out only though.

Parking in the area can be a bit tricky, but it's super convenient to get to via the Green Line, which made it easy overall. For food, everything was delicious: The Romaine & Kale Caesar was good, though I wish it had whole anchovies for a little extra punch. The prosciutto bruschetta was incredible, definitely a standout. The crispy cauliflower was my favorite dish of the night, so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The rigatoni bolognese was solid and comforting. The Chianti-Marsala braised beef short rib was insanely tender and cooked perfectly (just wish there were a few more mushrooms!). Also have to mention the dirty martini was so good. Overall, such a great spot with a fun vibe, amazing service, and really tasty food. I'll definitely be back!

The bakery always feels busy in a good way, and everything in the display case looks amazing. My favorites are the apple turnover and the strawberry turnover. Both are excellent. The apple turnover is flaky and buttery with a great apple filling, while the strawberry turnover had a fresh flavor and a light, crispy pastry. Honestly, it was hard to pick a favorite between the two. The staff were friendly, and my order came out quickly even though there were a lot of people there. The café has a nice atmosphere, whether you're stopping in for coffee, meeting up with friends, or just grabbing something to go. There are a lot of great bakeries around Boston, but Tatte is one of the places I find myself returning to. I'd definitely recommend trying the turnovers if you're visiting for the first time.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office.
