This is my first time getting my windows tinted so I was very excited. The Arizona sun has been brutal so far!! They definitely deserve 5 stars. When I called they were able to get me an appointment me right away and told me everything I needed to know. It was also a really good price unlike some other places I called in Phoenix who were going to charge me $400 for window tinting. It was professional and they were very knowledgeable! HORRIBLE! This Place Is A Shit Show, the do shit work for a super expensive bill ! And they chipped my paint trying to pry off a part of my car to feed the wires through, they took the cheapest way out and made my lightbar look like shit, I'm contemplating on filing a law suit, hopefully I can help people not get screwed over by this low life establishment, owner and all employees are snobby and inconsiderate assholes. They didn't even care to tell me that their work was shit, I get home to find a pet of my car not even flush with the rest of the body ! These guys just stuck it on and said "F**K It!" These guys are awesome! They did a window tint job on my Honda Civic Hatchback, removed the previous tint and added new darker tint! They really took their time to put in some quality work! Unfortunately I have to post this because it is just not fair what I had to go through. I went in for front windshield and door tint. I drive a 18 grand cherokee, I was there for 6 hours waiting on my car, the got my windshield wet and a lot of my electrical under my dashboard got wet. Long story short they damaged my computer module and my car wouldn't start. Not only that they tried jumping my car and damaged both batteries on my car. I had to get a rental for 5 days mopar/dealer fixed the issue I had to pay 843. To get it fixed, that's not including the tow truck and my rental. I contacted Rudy the owner he was apologetic and said he would contact me to fix the issue. Well it's been 2 plus weeks and I haven't heard from him. He gave me excuse after excuse. He did not wanna go through his insurance because it would raise his dues, he didn't have the money. He is currently sick. He got into an accident . The point is he did not pay for the damages caused by his shop and I'm out 843 plus dollars. He kept telling me you should of let my buddy look at it. Umm no at this point I don't trust anything from this place. He wanted me to keep my car there over night. No that was not an option. Please be aware and if you decide to go for tint know that if there are damages caused to your car he won't be responsible for them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and I going to contact his Groupon and post on google as well. This is just not fair. read more

First time I used this guy it was all good, I waited for my car and it was finished in a reasonable amount of time BUT the second time was a disaster and here's why. I decided to use his services a second time because his prices were fare as long as you paid cash. I took my car on at 8am he said it would be 3 or 4 hours I waited and I waited and no call so I decided to call him, he said he had it sitting in the son to cure the tint lol of course I didn't believe that, I knew it was a stall tactic so when 4pm rolled around I decided to go to his shop and check for myself because his hours said he closed at 4pm and I didn't want my car to be there over night. Well when I pulled up they had just finished it and had pulled out put off the garage... cure my ass... when I walked to the back they were wiping out down cleaning all the counter prints and smudge marks off that's when I noticed all these scratches all over both year quarter panels from someone leaning over the car cleaning the window and mind you I saw them doing that when I walked up, so as soon as I saw the scratches I immediately said what's all of this and I pulled to them,... well the owner immediately claimed that was already there and of course i knew better than that because i had just washed and waxed the car before i took out to him plus i know my cars inside and out but even with all of that he still claimed those scratches were already there. It turned out that the owner wears a apron on which he keeps a plastic scraper in and those scratches came from him leaning over the car rubbing that plastic scraper as he wiped my window both sides were the same way, so in a panic he grabbed some cleaner and started rubbing frantically to remove them and luckily they came off but I truly believe If they hadn't he would have veametly denied causing the scratches and that is enough for me to never take anything to this guy ever again he lies and I do not recommend him for tint or anything else the episode was pretty distressing especially considering what you would have to go through top hey some lying SOB like this to cover damage such as that good luck. I know this is a long review but I thought it was important to explain this story so people would understand who this guy really is before they took there business to him. From now on I will take video and pictures of my vehicle before I leave it anywhere. Don't forget he had my car all day when he said it would be only 3 or 4 hours. read more

2017 Cadillac XTS Let me start by saying I'm a former window tinter/car detailer. (that was about 10 years ago) I'm semi-hard to please, and I know what to look for and when a good job was done. I knew the film manufacturer I wanted to use, the price I wanted to pay, but most important is the quality of the installation. After realizing that I couldn't find the film manufacturer I wanted to use, Rudy convinced me that his Max Pro film was the way to go. The price was fair considering the high quality of the film used, and after reading all the positive reviews, I decided this was the place to go, even though it was a bit out of the way. All the great reviews were spot-on. Rudy really knows what he's doing. Even though I brought magazines to read while he finished his work, he allowed me observe (coach, critique, and BS) and we were able to discuss all things window tint and how films have changed over the years, but not the process so much. It made me glad I'm retired and don't do this anymore. If you're on the fence about where to go and who you want to tint your "baby", just call Rudy. Absolutely garbage business!! If you want a druggie inside your vehicle this is the place for you. Also they give you a price over the phone and once you get there they try to con you into making up charges for other things like removing factory tint etc... very unprofessional once you question their pricing.
