Keith and crew also were in the Scion scene would come out in their Scion xB's to offer mobile tinting. Since the "Scion" of my relationship with this small family business, customer service has been top of their list! The first generation Scion xB(2003 to 2006) was literally a box on wheels! The now defunct Scion was marketed as Toyota's youth brand from 2003 to 2016. The first gen xB was severely underpowered with its 1.5 liter engine that produced 103 horsepower. I really miss my old xB! With every business out there, everything does not always go as planned. I can tell you first hand that Keith will address issues and make them right! I had a new Prius blow out the driver's side glass while being tinted at RCT. I was chatting with the guys when it mysteriously blew up. After a few curse words by all, Keith jumps on his cell and locates the replacement glass and replaced it within the hour. Completed the tint and got me on my way with only owing him for the tint. In 2020 my family was an early adopter of the new Venza. After it was tinted, it was noticed that the front passenger glass had a large crease in the tint. Upon correcting that window, it was discovered that Toyota adds a spray on UV coating on only the front two windows. It turns out the UV was scratched which made the tint looked creased. Again, Keith found the solution and made it right! They treated the UV coating and tinted the glass and made it like new plus much darker tint with no extra cost to me! I can't express enough that I trust these guys to tint any of my vehicles or anyone I recommend. Real Cool Tint has also replaced a few of my windshields. The best thing about having your windshield replaced here. They can add a tint visor on the windshield prior to it being installed. The windshield side of the business will also provide you with excellent customer service and communication.

If he is available you are fortunate. Sadly the car he detailed for me was in a bad wreck about a week after he did an exquisite job. I only mention this because it illustrates why I was so impressed. His work is SO good that the guy at the impound lot where it was towed post accident- who has worked there for 5 years- said it was the CLEANEST CAR he'd EVER SEEN. Unprompted. There were probably 500 cars on that lot from different owners on that day alone. He's probably seen thousands of cars. This young man served in the marines and I'm unbelievably grateful that people like this exist. They set a worthy standard. His prices were also the most reasonable of the 5 companies I contacted. However they never contacted me, you can't call, so I filled a form on their site. They told me to file a new claim, but I explained I had already filed a claim, and then there was no response. I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.
