Truly feel at peace when I get my hair done knowing he fully understands the vibe and reasoning behind the things im requesting. I usually just get a trim and all black hair color so nothing too complicated lol but today I decided to get layers after 10+ years! It came out gorgeous & I'm very happy with my new change. I never have any concerns, worries, regrets when working with Josh. He is very clear in communication, asks questions and answers all of mine without any issues. He always offers something to drink too which is just a little extra hospitality that is so much appreciated.
